A very cozy and clean apartment in the centre of Sundbyberg. Amazing location 1 minute from metro, train, tram and bus stations. You will find anything you need near you. Couldn't recommend more!

Nice and cozy place. Centrally located with easy accessibility to food, public transport, everyday necessities and centrally located.
Everything was good apart from the loud music on late weekends. Which I guess was from the club next building. Sound was bearable but can get intense for a person with sound sensitivity.
Another thing I wished for more was electric contacts to charge or have an extension coming to bed. Also one heaters werenât functioning which I guess is the responsibility of building corporation.
In nutshell good place for temporary stay and Andreas is good and responsive host. High probability of booking it again if needed đ

Das GebĂ€ude ist zwar alt, aber das Zimmer ist gut renoviert. Das Nötigste fĂŒr eine kurze Reise ist vorhanden. Das Bett finde ich sehr gut. In der NĂ€he ist eine U-Bahn-Station, so dass man von da ĂŒberall in die Innenstadt fahren kann. Meine Schwester und ich sind sehr zufrieden. Sehr gute Preis-leistungsverhĂ€ltnis.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
