We stayed with my partner and my two-year-old daughter. The apartment is beautiful, with fantastic views and very clean. It's just 4 blocks from the subway (T-bane) and only a 15-minute ride to downtown. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend it.

The apartment had an amazing view and the location was very close to a T-Station so it is a perfect choice to discover Stockholm. The check-in process was very precise so the apartment was easy to find. The process looked computer generated but the necessary personal information to provide was disturbing (e.g. social media contacts). Nevertheless I reduced my feedback by one star due to the bathroom situation. At every single use of the shower the whole bathroom is flooded inclusive the toilette. We builded a barrier with a towel so it worked okay. If this will be fixed it will be a perfect choice again.

The place was amazing, but the automated hosting process behind this AirBnB didn’t match my expectations at communication and individuality that a caring AirBnB host should provide.
House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 

If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights. 
If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the host will be paid 100% for all nights. 

Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
