Elias was responsive and helpful. The apartment is very unique and in a great location that is walkable to all the tourist highlights and trendy restaurants.

Lovely quiet apartment, just a 4 minute walk to Mariatorget metro. Could easily walk everywhere. Lots of nice bakeries and restaurants close by. Apartment had everything we needed including air conditioning.

A very nice flat. Great for solo or couple travelers. Extremely peaceful and quiet. Definitely a walk to most visitor things, so be ready. Very comfortable bed. Good hosts. A bit pricey but it is Sweden! Would recommend strongly to those who like to walk a lot!

Home away from home! The appartement is super cosy and exactly as discribed. Elias was very fast in answering our questions. Highly recommended to stay here. Also because Södermalm is a very nice Area. Please enjoy as much as we did.

The apartment is in a very good location and well equipped. I have three points to mention:1) The guide includes the Wi‑Fi network name and password, but when we asked about it we were told that internet was never offered in the listing. In the end, we didn’t have Wi‑Fi.2) The mobile‑phone key system is convenient, but it can also be risky. If something happens to your phone (low battery or a technical issue), you could end up locked out.3) The communication felt overly persistent (via SMS and Airbnb), with messages saying they are automatic and wording that comes across as intimidating—for example, mentioning fines for not following rules such as taking out the trash or folding the bed linen and towels before leaving.Overall, you come to relax, stroll around and enjoy a beautiful city like Stockholm, and it shouldn’t feel like you’re constantly at risk of doing something wrong. I didn’t feel comfortable.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
