Nice little studio, and it’s really convenient with the ski bridge to the Tottlift. A lovely walk up from the village, but you can also take the funicular up to the mid station.

1. After booking, we’ll need additional ID details and some basic information about all guests.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. No parties and no additional overnight guests without prior approval. The entrance is monitored and a noise (decibel) meter is used. If rules are broken, Securitas (security) will be called and a fee of approx. SEK 3,000 will be charged.
5. Please take care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. Personal belongings are stored at your own risk.
8. No smoking in the apartment, on balconies, or within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance (per Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost key: SEK 200; lock replacement: SEK 400.
10. At check-out: wash any used dishes, take out the trash, and leave used bed linens and towels by the entrance. If not completed, the following fees apply:
• SEK 200 for unwashed dishes
• SEK 200 if linens/towels are not gathered
• Additional cleaning fee if needed
By booking, you agree to these rules. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
