Hade en fantastisk vistelse här! Lägenheten var superren, precis lagom stor för två, och Olof var väldigt trevlig med utmärkt kommunikation. Coop, Willys och Älvsjö Station ligger 10-15 minuters promenad bort.Lägenheten kunde vara en aning varmare — skulle definitivt bo här igen!

Skulle inte rekommendera detta boende under vintern, åtminstone inte för den som är känslig för kalla temperaturer. Här är meddelandet jag fick från värden efter att jag redan hade bokat och inte längre kunde ändra min bokning: "...Vi rekommenderar att du packar varma, mysiga kläder och tofflor för att göra din vistelse extra bekväm och för att du fullt ut ska kunna njuta av den autentiska svenska upplevelsen." Bostaden var tyvärr ganska kall trots att utomhustemperaturen (4 grader) inte var alltför låg, och det gick inte att höja värmen. Efter fyra nätter började jag må dåligt. Värden representeras av ett fastighetsbolag och meddelandena som skickas ut är automatiserade. Sammantaget blev min vistelse inte alls som förväntat.

Vi betalade 70 € för städning. Därefter fick vi ett meddelande om att vi skulle se till att diska. Vid ankomsten upptäckte vi att disken inte var ren. Hyresvärden visade inte någon förståelse utan krävde bevis, vilket vi skickade. Detta förfarande gav oss en negativ känsla. Trots allt lämnade vi lägenheten extremt ren.

Ett fräscht och trevligt ställe på gångavstånd från Stockholmsmässan, mataffär och pendeltåg. Ombonat i äldre hus med slipade trägolv och synnerligen praktisk möblering. Ändamålsenligt kök, även om vi inte kunde använda ugnen p.g.a. barnlås som saknade instruktion. Skön säng och bra bäddsoffa, till vilka vi fick prydliga sängkläder. Badrum med dusch i toppskick. Prisvärt, rekommenderas!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
