Lovely apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. Andreas was a great host, instructions were precise and quick. The place looks just like in the pictures and it's clean and in great conditions. It is located very close to several metro stations that leave you in the touristic places, and if you are planning to attend to an event in arena3 or the Avicii arena look no further, you are at a close walking distance, so it's the perfect place for that! There is a big commercial center close by with supermarket and many stores. Great place, I totally recommend it!!

Andréas was very responsive! The location is good for reaching the old town, with the metro just a ten-minute walk away and a shopping center nearby. Unfortunately, the apartment was quite noisy due to heavy traffic on the motorway below, making it hard to sleep (earplugs are recommended). The windows and balcony face the motorway, and the bedroom window was stuck, so airing out the place wasn’t possible. The curtains were thin and let in light, so bringing a sleep mask might help. The equipment is basic but functional, and there was no TV. We will not return to this apartment.

House rules
1. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
a) Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
