Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i denna vackra lägenhet i Åre! Det var den perfekta platsen för vår familjesemester, med både avkoppling och äventyr. Läget var idealt – lugnt med enastående bergsutsikt, men ändå bara ett stenkast från backarna, vilket gjorde det enkelt för barnen att njuta av skidåkning.Lägenheten var rymlig, mysig och välutrustad, med allt vi behövde för en bekväm vistelse. Vi älskade särskilt den privata bastun efter en dag ute, samt de stora fönstren som släppte in så mycket naturligt ljus. Värden var vänlig, lyhörd och såg till att hela upplevelsen blev smidig och trevlig.Vi rekommenderar detta ställe varmt till alla som söker en minnesvärd vistelse i Åre, och vi skulle gärna komma tillbaka!

Vi var en familj på 4, två vuxna och två små barn. Vi bodde i stugan i 7 dagar. Utsikten över sjön var mycket vacker och bastun var härlig efter en lång dag i snön. Det var dock en aning stressigt för mig med alla regler som robot Kim informerade om, samt att det fanns ljudlarm i stugan (mina två små kan ju vara ganska livliga). Dessutom finns en kamera vid dörren. Vi betalade 800 i avgift för att komma in lite tidigare eftersom det var mycket kallt. Om man inte checkade ut på rätt sätt tillkom en extra avgift. Detta verkar vara ganska vanligt i Sverige!

Boendet var fint, kanske lite kallt även om vi eldade. Sen var grannarna ovanför galet högljudda och boendet lyhört. Barn som hoppade på golvet konstant. Kanske hade de också hyrt så vi hade otur, är ju inte denna värds fel heller. Stugan låg så man nästan kunde åka skidor in och ut, det var toppen. Sängarna sköna och bastun superfin. Absolut ett ställe att bo på, om man bortser från grannarna ovanpå 😊

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
