We had a great stay at this flat. It was clean, cozy, and had all the basic necessities we needed for a comfortable visit. The space was simple and well-kept. Would defininitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Stockholm.

Place was like promised. Little balcony was a treat for morning coffee. Located at the end of street, so fairly quiet. Had everything you would need close by - groceries, varietry of restaurants, pub, shops, metro and so on. Very nice area with parks and water close by.

We stayed here for two nights and there are some good things and some things that could be improved:Good things:- Amazing location- Easy check-in with clear instructionsThings that could be improved:- It was very expensive which would've been acceptable if the following were not lacking- VERY basic amenities - it's so easy to leave guests some coffee, shampoo, salt, pepper, just super basic cheap amenities, but you don't get anything whatsoever. The towels provided were also incredibly basic/poor quality.- The bed was rather uncomfortable for what I'd expect at this cost per night- The listing looks much better than the apartment today - the apartment is very bare in decor and lacks cosy feeling, which is portrayed on the listing's photos.I do think this could be a real gem with a little bit more effort as per the improvements suggested.In summary, superb location and clear check-in instructions but the high price for a very basic apartment means this is a 3/5 rental.

The apartment is very well located, and Elías is efficient and very kind.The apartment is clean and functional, but it isn’t decorated the same way as in the photos. The curtains are almost transparent, and at this time of year it gets light around 3:40am, so the sun comes in very strongly.In a place like this, blackout curtains are really essential.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
