I stayed in this apartment in Stockholm for a week.Pros: the apartment is actually nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is big. The shower is hot. The building is quiet and in a really nice area. There's a balcony where you can sit outside.The cons: The instructions weren't clear on how to find the apartment itself (so you know, some of the other apartments have tiny numbers in the top corner, though not the one i stayed in). Once I did get into the apartment it looks nothing like the pictures. This is mentioned but the pictures are like a show home, the reality is like student accommodation. I thought I'd walked into the wrong place! Also there are no blinds just very thin curtains which don't block any light. Again, its mentioned but it would be better if they jsut put up proper blinds up rather than telling everyone to buy a eye mask.Overall it's a comfortable place in a nice part of town let down by small things, but I would not stay again until those are fixed.

The check-in process and communication were clear and quick. It’s a charming little neighborhood right next to the river, and we really liked the area.That said, we would appreciate a bit more attention to cleanliness. The place is very beautiful, but when we opened the fridge there were two leftover sandwiches. It made us unsure whether the cleaning had been done thoroughly. The terrace door lock also came loose as soon as we opened the door, so it wouldn’t close properly. There was quite a bit of dust on the floor and shelves, and we ended up wiping it down ourselves.Even with these inconveniences, we still enjoyed the stay. There’s a supermarket nearby that’s open late, and the large table was very convenient. The host also responded quickly. With a little more focus on cleaning, this could be an even better place to stay.

We were very pleased with Elias’ place… matched the pictures and the size was perfect for us (couple). We used the outdoor space for coffee in the mornings and watched the Swedes walk across the bridge to work. The area is very quiet although very close (walking distance) to cafes and shops and the “T”. Our friend who lives there was very pleased that we chose the location (without much input from him). We loved Stockholm and its people too! May we meet again!!

3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. 4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
