Really great location in Hornstull, secure and accessible with a lovely balcony space, but essentially a very basic apartment in need of some improvements. Cheap bedding, towels, no bracket for the shower head so you have to hold it the whole time, bathroom door would not shut, literally nothing in the kitchen except coffee filters and soap (no coffee, tea, milk), rugs in the apartment not very clean, curtains hanging off some of their hooks.. Oh and an active construction site out the front who start work first thing in the morning! Given the cost, maintaining the space better, combined with a touch more basic hospitality would really go a long away.

Cute apartment right in the heart of Hornstull! Super comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen with wonderfully sharp knives! Elevator makes it easy to get luggage to the apartment. Looking forward to staying again!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
