Perfekt läge vid liften! Värden skickade lite väl många meddelanden om ljud detektorer osv innan vilket skapade oro trots att vi verkligen inte var ett gäng som låter mycket.. i slutändan var det grannarna som hade galen fest och vi vågade inte ens ta med oss högtalare. Men när vi väl var på plats i lägenheten trivdes vi toppen och instruktioner och in/ut checkning gick supersmidigt!

Mysig och bekväm. Äkta skid-in/ut, men samtidigt ganska långt ifrån butikerna. Du får med bastu och öppen spis. Det är dessutom fantastiskt att ha en diskmaskin med tanke på alla tallrikar, glas och bestick som ingår. Köket är utrustat med allt du kan tänka dig. Sammanfattningsvis ett riktigt trevligt ställe med en fantastisk värd!Notering om husets regler: I huvudsak följer de standardreglerna för sena timmar och buller enligt europeisk praxis, men du behöver skriva under ytterligare dokument där du samtycker till att betala extra böter om du är för högljudd efter kl. 22. Detta kan kännas lite strikt, men borde inte vara ett problem om du visar hänsyn till andras vilotid.

Allt enligt annonsen, dessutom smidig kommunikation med uthyraren. Väldigt nöjda!
House rules
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
3. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our
community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
8. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
9. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
10. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.

Cancallation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
