Mysig studiobostad i ett mycket livligt område på Södermalm. Sängen var mycket bekväm och köket hade allt du skulle behöva under din vistelse. Den elektroniska entrén är enkel när du har lärt dig den efter första gången. Sammantaget är det ett mycket mysigt boende i en underbar stad.

Modern, fullt utrustad och perfekt ren lägenhet i ett utmärkt/centralt läge. Tunnelbanestationen ligger 150 m bort och det finns stormarknader och butiker i närheten. Allt var perfekt. Jag skulle definitivt återvända!

Min vistelse här var alldeles perfekt!Studion ligger på ett idealiskt läge med restauranger, matbutiker och shopping precis runt hörnet! Museer, Gamla Stan, centrala Stockholm och centralstationen ligger alla inom promenadavstånd från denna lägenhet. Allt under min vistelse var smidigt och Elias var mycket hjälpsam och lyhörd. Själva studion hade allt jag behövde för min vistelse och byggnaden var väldigt lugn.Jag rekommenderar definitivt att du bor här när du reser till Stockholm!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på detta Airbnb. Det var rent, hade allt vi behövde och låg på ett utmärkt läge. Rekommenderar starkt!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
