Lovely apartment in Gamla Stan!It was a very comfortable and quiet. There was some disclosure regarding noise, but it was non-existent at night, but a little in the AM with garbage disposal.At first I was turned off having to download an app for the key since we’re on a 6 week trip with about 20 accommodations (and many have similar requests) but I ended up really liking the Parakey.

The location was very convenient. We did expect some noise into the evenings given the location and description. What we didn’t expect was the noise starting back up at around 6am. Each morning, the restaurant downstairs disposes of their glass bottles from the night before, causing several loud crashes. If you value a decent sleep, this may be the wrong place. If you value being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, it’s perfect.

William’s place is a beautiful apartment in a historic building. It directly sits in the old town (Gamla stan) and is well connected. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great apartment in Stockholm - very central, clean and spacious. As expected in the central part of town, you can hear some noise from the street in the evenings and mornings, but it didn’t bother us at all. Great restaurants and sights very close by, we recommend taking the boat to Grinda or exploring Skansen. Almost anything can be reached with a short walk, which was lovely for us with a baby. After paying a fee, we were supplied with a baby bed and chair. The host was very helpful and easy to reach, we didn’t have any problems. We had a lovely time and recommend this apartment!

Great location in beautiful Old Town with very close proximity to cafes and bars and historic sites. Would stay again!

-Strictly no guests or visitors except for confirmed number of guests in the booking unless explicitly approved beforehand. No "just a drink" or "friend helping with bags". Ask if if this is needed/wanted.
-If any extra guests/visitors are seen entering we will cancel the booking without no refund.
- No partying or "events" are allowed unless approved, including "dinners/drinks for friends". Ask if in doubt.
-With respect for our neighbors: quiet after 23:00.
- No smoking/e-cigarettes whatsoever (also not by the window or at the courtyard) - you need to walk out on the street. Smoking in the house/apartment or by the windows will be charged with SEK 2000 minimum.
-Due to allergy: no pets allowed.
-Do not leave the windows open without properly securing them.
-Do not use bed sofa (nor pillows and duvets) without proper bed linen for hygiene reasons. Also please don’t use the decoration pillows and bed throw for sleeping.
-Nordic customs is to not wear shoes inside the house (bad combo wheather + wooden floors + shoes). We appreciate if you follow our customs.
-As stated elsewhere in this listing - we have digital entrance control with CCTV recording of the entrance door.
-Please note there is a restaurant in ground floor closing no later than 23:00 hrs weekdays and 01:00 weekends. Hence the listing is marked "sound disturbed" - see that section if you are light sleeper or easily disturbed! Most guests do not mind/notice, but for some this is considered disturbing.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
