Nice, well-located apartment right in the heart of the old town — you can easily walk to everything. If you’re a night owl, it’s also ideal for going out. If you want to sleep past 7:00, you might be better off in a different neighborhood, as it can get quite noisy here (deliveries, garbage collection, etc.).

A very nice, high-quality, modernly renovated period apartment on the first floor, directly above two restaurants/bars, with lovely high ceilings. The location is super central, right in the nightlife district in the middle of the city. Access via the hospitality courtyard takes a bit of getting used to, but it’s fine overall. Overall, 8 out of 10.

William was a great host and the place was perfect for our group of 5! Could have comfortably fit another person. The location is unmatched for first-time Stockholm visiters because of ease of walking and proximity to public transit. It is off a very busy street so expect street noise in the mornings and nights. The apartment itself was very nice and had everything we needed.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
