The location is very central, right in the heart of the main tourist area. It was clean and had the basic utensils and essentials you need for the stay. Access to the bed can be a bit awkward, especially for older guests, so it’s best to take a bit of care. Otherwise, everything was perfect. A great place to stay.

Great location in the old town. Lively neighbourhood. Very central I enjoyed walking around in Gamla Stan.It is a bit tricky with the stairs - when I am going to the toilet in the middle of the night.I can hear some noise from the restaurant on the ground level.I would have preferred a thicker cover in the bed. It is a bit thin - like made for summer.None of this is a dealbreaker.Also - you need an app to get inside. I understand that it is common these days! That had the consequence for me that I had to take charging breaks in the middle of the day. Just me - I am longing for the old keys!

Fantastic central location. We didn’t have any issues with noise from outside.William quickly took care of the small issues we had at the beginning and resolved them to our satisfaction. That’s why it’s 5 stars.

A fantastic place right in the heart of the Old Town. On top of that, as mentioned, we didn’t experience any noise issues from the business next door. The apartment was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. I’d happily choose to stay here again—thank you!

Good location but space is too small for what they are charging specially charging extra fees for early or late checkout using cleaning as an excuse when the apartment is so so tiny that would never take 3 hours to clean it.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
By confirming this reservation, you agree to comply with these house rules. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
