An incredible place to stay in a perfect, central location. The restaurants nearby are all delicious (this unit shares a wall with a schnitzel restaurant and you can hear them pounding the beef during the day) and everything else you could possibly need is there in Old Town.

Tiny but lovely place. Very well located. When we got there, the internet was not working, there were no towels, and the curtain that separated us from the rest of the studio, keeping us out of public view and the midnight light, was broken. This host doesn't manage his property directly but has a team that does it for him, which, although communicative, couldn't schedule for those things to be fixed until the next day at 10 am. We had to get towels at a friend's hotel for the first day. When they came to fix it, the person was very helpful though.

Fantastic apartment near Winström’s Bar, which is one of my favorite bars.Close to the T-bana station in Gamla Stan.A really cozy place—exactly the kind of overnight apartment I’d want to have myself if you’re often in Stockholm.Very convenient with the washing machine and the small kitchen, and you can sit and have breakfast (even though it’s one floor up).It feels like a proper, spacious apartment.I can absolutely recommend it and will definitely book again.

Great location while providing a quiet, private spot. It is in the heart of old town and very easy to get to places, with restaurants and shops just out the door. The Metro was also very close by for getting around. The kitchen had nice appliances and there is a washer in case you need it. Just fair warning watch out for your head and shoulders as you go up and down the stairs from the loft!

-Strictly no guests except for confirmed number of guests in the booking unless from our side explicitly agreed beforehand.
-If any extra guests are seen entering we will cancel the booking without no refund as it is strictly against the house rules.
- No partying or "events" are allowed, including "dinners/drinks for friends". Ask if in doubt.
-With respect for our neighbors: quiet after 22:00.
- No smoking whatsoever (also not by the window or at the courtyard) - you need to walk out on the street. Smoking in the unit OR ON THE COURTYARD will be charged with SEK 2000 (!)
-Due to allergy: no pets allowed.
-Do not leave the windows open without properly securing them.
-Do not use bed sofa (nor pillows and duvets) without proper bed linen for hygiene reasons. Also please don’t use the decoration pillows and bed throw for sleeping.
-Please do not wear shoes inside the unit.
-Normal check-in is 15:00 or later. Check-out is 10:00. Late check-out and/or early check-in may be possible, but will come with a fee for express cleaning.
-Please note there is a restaurant in ground floor (for instance getting deliveries some mornings). Hence the listing is marked "sound disturbed" - see that section if you are light sleeper or easily disturbed!
