The sink in the bathroom was kinda clogged but other than that really good place

The location was perfect—very near the transit system and central to old town. Clear instructions to locate the unit and easy to use the Parakey system. We weren’t bothered by the noise and felt that the place was overall decent for our needs.
Only negatives were that the laundry machine was not working during our stay and the sink was clogged in the bathroom upon arrival and leaking into the below drawer. We did notify the host who was very responsive, however we didn’t want to have workers in the unit since we were only there for 2 nights.
I’m sure this will be fixed very soon and back up to full use ◡̈

The location was perfect! It was a well equipped space. Comfortable. Some noise from the restaurant neighbors- but didn’t bother us- wasn’t noisy early or late. Neighborhood was excellent- tons of restaurants, bars, shops and sights- and easy access to public transport.

Everything was great, I’d happily come back. The cool key system makes planning your day simple, independent, and secure. Awesome.
House rules
-Strictly no guests except for confirmed number of guests in the booking unless from our side explicitly agreed beforehand.
-If any extra guests are seen entering we will cancel the booking without no refund as it is strictly against the house rules.
- No partying or "events" are allowed, including "dinners/drinks for friends". Ask if in doubt.
-With respect for our neighbors: quiet after 22:00.
- No smoking whatsoever (also not by the window or at the courtyard) - you need to walk out on the street. Smoking in the unit OR ON THE COURTYARD will be charged with SEK 2000 (!)
-Due to allergy: no pets allowed.
-Do not leave the windows open without properly securing them.
-Do not use bed sofa (nor pillows and duvets) without proper bed linen for hygiene reasons. Also please don’t use the decoration pillows and bed throw for sleeping.
-Please do not wear shoes inside the unit.
-Normal check-in is 15:00 or later. Check-out is 10:00. Late check-out and/or early check-in may be possible, but will come with a fee for express cleaning.
-Please note there is a restaurant in ground floor (for instance getting deliveries some mornings). Hence the listing is marked "sound disturbed" - see that section if you are light sleeper or easily disturbed!

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
