Wonderful stay in the heart of Stockholm ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The apartment was magical, cozy and had everything you need. Check-in was hassle-free. The host was very friendly and helpful!

This was a great place for a short stay, very comfortable and clean, in the heart of the beautiful old town. The apartment is small/cozy, exactly as described by the host. (It's worth reading the description).

The location was nice, but I wasn’t keen on the check-in and check-out times. William kindly reminded me to keep the noise down, but there was quite a bit of noise coming from the neighboring apartments. I woke up to noise around 7 AM. William responded quickly to all my questions.

The occasional activity in the courtyard from the restaurant nearby, that was clearly mentioned in the description, was very limited and not a problem at all.
The place is generally quiet, ideally located and very close to public transport.
Very nice restaurants, cafés and bars around. We stumbled on a Viking pub not far, where musicians played middle age ballads - impressive.
(Be aware that Stockholm is generally not a cheap place for doing anything, though.)

Everything was great! I missed having a larger cup for tea. The bed was quite small but still comfortable to lie in. The Wi-Fi was so-so – it kept switching off by itself and only worked occasionally. Apart from these minor details that didn’t affect me too much, it was a top-notch stay 👍
House rules
-Strictly no guests except for confirmed number of guests in the booking unless from our side explicitly agreed beforehand.
-If any extra guests are seen entering we will cancel the booking without no refund as it is strictly against the house rules.
- No partying or "events" are allowed, including "dinners/drinks for friends". Ask if in doubt.
-With respect for our neighbors: quiet after 22:00.
- No smoking whatsoever (also not by the window or at the courtyard) - you need to walk out on the street. Smoking in the unit OR ON THE COURTYARD will be charged with SEK 2000 (!)
-Due to allergy: no pets allowed.
-Do not leave the windows open without properly securing them.
-Please don’t use the decoration pillows and bed throw for sleeping.
-Please do not wear shoes inside the unit (no Swedes ever do that).
-Normal check-in is 15:00 or later. Check-out is 10:00. Late check-out and/or early check-in may be possible, but will come with a fee for express cleaning.
-Please note there is a restaurant in ground floor (for instance getting deliveries some mornings). Hence the listing is marked "sound disturbed" - see that section if you are light sleeper or easily disturbed!

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
