Fantastic location – the metro in Gamla Stan, a great bakery for breakfast, supermarket, lots of restaurants, and the ferry terminal for the Djurgården ferry are all close by.We’re generally good sleepers, so we didn’t find the noise from the restaurant in the courtyard near the bins too disturbing. We aired the place by opening the entrance door. Otherwise, the apartment is a cozy little space-saver with a lot packed in. To get to the comfortable beds you do need to climb a small staircase, so it’s best suited for guests without mobility limitations. With that in mind, we can absolutely recommend it for a short stay. Since the apartment is opened via a Bluetooth key app, it’s a good idea to bring a power bank for your phone. Communication was very clear. We stored our luggage until check-in using Bounce at a cycle shop, which worked really well. Thank you!

House rules
-Strictly no guests except for confirmed number of guests in the booking unless from our side explicitly agreed beforehand.
-If any extra guests are seen entering we will cancel the booking without no refund as it is strictly against the house rules.
- No partying or "events" are allowed, including "dinners/drinks for friends". Ask if in doubt.
-With respect for our neighbors: quiet after 22:00.
- No smoking whatsoever (also not by the window or at the courtyard) - you need to walk out on the street. Smoking in the unit OR ON THE COURTYARD will be charged with SEK 2000 (!)
-Due to allergy: no pets allowed.
-Do not leave the windows open without properly securing them.
-Please don’t use the decoration pillows and bed throw for sleeping.
-Please do not wear shoes inside the unit (no Swedes ever do that).
-Normal check-in is 15:00 or later. Check-out is 10:00. Late check-out and/or early check-in may be possible, but will come with a fee for express cleaning.
-Please note there is a restaurant in ground floor (for instance getting deliveries some mornings). Hence the listing is marked "sound disturbed" - see that section if you are light sleeper or easily disturbed!

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
