From the moment we booked the place until the day we left, the host was always in touch with us. They were incredibly helpful with everything we needed, and communication was excellent throughout our stay.Everything inside the apartment was great, and honestly, we couldn’t find anything that was missing or needed improvement. The location is perfect, right next to Gamla Stan, and it’s very easy to get anywhere you want by public transportation.If I come back to Stockholm, I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I stayed in an extremely central location. The downside was that I couldn’t step outside the door without there being lots of people around. There were also quite a few rules that I, as a guest, was expected to follow, while the host’s responsibility was simply to provide the apartment. I couldn’t check in until 4 pm, but on the other hand I had to check out by 10 am. That leaves 6 hours for cleaning, yet I was still expected to leave the apartment in a tidy condition. (The apartment is about 25 sqm.) Why does it take 6 hours? I was offered an earlier check-in or later check-out, but only if I paid extra. That leads to my next point: I have never received so many messages about a stay. Some said I shouldn’t pay anything outside Airbnb, while others said I should pay 500 SEK to check in earlier than 4 pm, or 500 SEK to check out later than 10 am. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this apartment.

Our second stay with William in the heart of Gamla Stan - an excellent location with lots of local sights plus easy access to transport across the city. A lovely apartment, quiet and peaceful. We look forward to visiting again!

Very nice location which was very convenient, comfy bed, only had a slightly small shower.

Location: Very close to Gamla Stan station and convenient for getting around anywhere.Area: Perfect for sightseeing in Gamla Stan, and there are great restaurants right next door.Accommodation: Clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was plenty for two people. Dishes and other essentials were well provided.Communication: The instructions were detailed, and any requests were handled quickly.Additional note: Please be a bit careful during showers so water doesn’t spill onto the bathroom floor. The water pressure is excellent. I recommend this place!

- No partying or "events" are allowed, including "dinners/drinks for friends". Ask if in doubt.
-With respect for our neighbors: quiet after 22:00.
- No smoking whatsoever (also not by the window or at the courtyard) - you need to walk out on the street. Smoking in the unit OR ON THE COURTYARD will be charged with SEK 2000 (!)
-Due to allergy: no pets allowed.
-Do not leave the windows open without properly securing them.
-Please don’t use the decoration pillows and bed throw for sleeping.
-Please do not wear shoes inside the unit (no Swedes ever do that).
-Normal check-in is 15:00 or later. Check-out is 10:00. Late check-out and/or early check-in may be possible, but will come with a fee for express cleaning.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
