Excellent location, very easy access to public transport.Small apartment but all amenities as listed. We were not bothered by noise. Excellent communication from host with clear check-in instructions. Parakey entry system works very well. We enjoyed our stay

Perfect place for a weekend in Stockholm. Super central location, and we felt safe even coming back in the evening. Great spot with easy access to public transport.

We had a lovely stay in this Stockholm apartment. The location couldn’t be more central, and we really enjoyed the Gamla Stan neighborhood. We were a group of three and the apartment felt cozy. William was very proactive and helpful in our smooth stay. Would recommend if you’re looking for a prime spot and clean studio!

Excellent location, lots of sights with in walking distance and close to the metro.The peacefull apartment provided a wonderfull place to rest during our trip.

The location is right in the heart of Gamla Stan. Perfect for sight seeing, walking to restaurants, and catching the train to other areas of Stockholm. We were able to walk to Norrmalm and Södermalm, very easily. Access to the ferry was perfect as well!

House rules
-Strictly no guests except for confirmed number of guests in the booking unless from our side explicitly agreed beforehand.
-If any extra guests are seen entering we will cancel the booking without no refund as it is strictly against the house rules.
- No partying or "events" are allowed, including "dinners/drinks for friends". Ask if in doubt.
-With respect for our neighbors: quiet after 22:00.
- No smoking whatsoever (also not by the window or at the courtyard) - you need to walk out on the street. Smoking in the unit OR ON THE COURTYARD will be charged with SEK 2000 (!)
-Due to allergy: no pets allowed.
-Do not leave the windows open without properly securing them.
-Please don’t use the decoration pillows and bed throw for sleeping.
-Please do not wear shoes inside the unit (no Swedes ever do that).
-Normal check-in is 15:00 or later. Check-out is 10:00. Late check-out and/or early check-in may be possible, but will come with a fee for express cleaning.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
