This is a perfect location right in the city center. It’s an easy walk from the train station and right in the heart of beautiful Gamla Stan.

We stayed in this apartment for two nights, a total of 16 people, including 8 children, and we all fit without any issues using the sofa beds and convertible chairs available. The location is fantastic and within walking distance of most things, or you can easily take the metro. William was a wonderful host—he replied quickly and was very helpful with any questions or concerns. The electronic key to access the apartment also worked very smoothly. Highly recommend this place!

So this is a good place if you’re looking to stay in the old town with friends. Large bedrooms, great location, and large living room to hang out. I would give it five stars if it weren’t for the stairs (steep 4th floor equivalent so crazy with bags) and the communication process. I have never had such a complicated check in with a host before - sending me to so many external links to upload pictures and documents. I wished I could cancel! They didn’t send me a link so I ended up with no crib! The young guy taking over from the owner was nice enough to bring it over right away but when you’re traveling with children this isn’t the vibe that you want.

The location is fantastic. It's in Gamla Stan but away from the main bustle of tourists while being easy to get to that part. The place itself is nice and large and well appointed. Couple of things to note: 1. the dryer didn't work for our stay at all. Tried all the settings and doing a sensor reset as the person we talked to suggested but that didn't help so we ended up having to air dry our clothes. 2. There is a crack in the porcelain of the base of one of the toilets so we were limited to using one toilet during our stay. 3. Very limited amenities for the kitchen and laundry. No dish towels, wash cloths only a couple of laundry pods, no condiments, etc. so if you're planning to cook/eat there you should plan to buy all that stuffOverall it's a great apartment in a great location with a responsive host. Thanks for the great stay.

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
