1. Please be considerate and keep quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
2. Additional ID verification may be requested in connection with your booking.
3. Only the guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. No parties, and no extra visitors without the host’s approval. There is a security camera at the entrance and a noise monitor inside the apartment. If rules are broken, Securitas will be called (fee approx. SEK 3,000).
4. No smoking indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance.
5. Please treat the apartment and our neighbors with respect.
6. No pets.
7. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
8. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
9. Lost key fee: SEK 2,000 (lock cylinder/lock replacement).
10. Please wash all dishes and follow the instructions for trash and recycling. An extra cleaning fee may apply if the apartment is left unusually messy.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
