We had some trouble with the digital code, but we received great help on site. Otherwise, everything was great!

House rules
1. We may ask for additional photo ID and booking details to verify your reservation.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in is from 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may stay. No parties and no overnight visitors without the host’s approval. There is a security camera at the entrance and a noise monitor to ensure compliance. If rules are broken, a security company (Securitas) may be called out at a cost of approx. SEK 3,000, which will be charged to you.
5. Please take care of the home and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost or left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance (in accordance with Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost key fees:
- SEK 200 for key replacement/service
- SEK 400 if the lock needs to be changed
10. Check-out instructions: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used bed linens and towels by the entrance. Fee for unwashed dishes: SEK 200. Fee if linens/towels are not gathered: SEK 200. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the home is not left in acceptable condition.
By accepting these house rules, you agree to follow them. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
