Excellent, inspite of the elevation to walk to the location, we loved the stay Excellent location, did not expect the waterfall to be just behind the apartments. Quite a nice surprise. Walk a few meters down and you have an amazing view of Åre

• Only the guests listed on the booking may stay in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without prior approval.
• To help ensure the house rules are followed, there is a security camera outside the entrance and an indoor noise-level monitor (decibel meter). If rules are broken, Securitas (security) will be called and an approx. SEK 3,000 fee will be charged to the booking.
• No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance.
• Please be considerate and respect the home and the neighbors.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
