This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had on Airbnb so far. Not because of the apartment itself — it matched the photos — but because of the amenities and the rather impersonal communication.If I’d had some of this information upfront, I would have chosen a different place. You have to register with Guestit in advance, and after that there’s very little flexibility. The number of towels is set based on the number of guests. I stayed there alone for 21 days and still only received two towels. Additional towels cost 100 SEK each. The check-in and check-out times are also quite inflexible unless you pay an extra fee.The apartment itself is best suited for a short stay. It’s on the ground floor and the windows face the street. That said, the location was excellent!

William is a great host and his place was the absolute perfect place for me to stay for my first visit to Stockholm. The unit was so well suited for me as a traveller who has been to Scandinavia before. Things were comfortable and cozy. I didn’t lack for anything. And the location was right in the center of everything I needed or wanted to do. The train station was just a short walk and the Stockholm train system can get you anywhere. There were restaurants, shops, the ICA and so much more. And lastly, William stayed in touch all throughout the process from the day I booked the unit until I checked out. Fantastic. I highly recommend and would stay here again if I travel to Sweden!

The Airbnb is really lovely, and the area is fairly central, so there are shops and services nearby, while still feeling calm and quiet. It’s just a short walk from a metro station that quickly connects you to Stockholm’s main tourist areas.Communication with William was excellent—he replies quickly and is very friendly.

This was a good place to stay, loved the neighbourhood, there was a little beach and water at promixity, parks, gyms, restaurants, great streets to walk on. Check-in was very easy and I faced no issues even if I arrived quite late in the night (~1am). The place looked like the photos and was super clean. The reason why im giving it 4 stars is that it felt like the place was catering for very short stays. As someone who rented for almost a week, I was missing a few things. 1st, the nb of towels depends on the nb of guests which makes sense but depending on the longevity of the stay - I had 1 towel for the whole week and had to pay extra to get more towels. There was also no salt available for guests and no instructions on how to use the stove (it uses gas which I haven't in the past) - customer service was quick enough to response and help. Also the water goes everywhere in the bathroom after a shower which is a bit annoying. Other than that it was very good. Thank you!

5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
