A really nice apartment, just the right size — we got more than we paid for.It was a bit fiddly to get in using the app, especially when inviting fellow travelers who were under 18 and also needed access to the place.

I really recommend this place to stay—clean, fresh, and in a perfect location. The host always replied super quickly. The only slightly tricky thing was that I kept getting logged out of the key app, but it’s a minor issue.

HOUSE RULES
1. After you book, we may request additional ID or other information for verification.
2. Check-in from 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed in the check-in form or approved in writing before arrival. Unregistered visitors will be charged SEK 500 per person, per night and may result in immediate cancellation. Please contact us in advance if you’d like to have visitors.
4. Please be considerate and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
5. Parties, events, and disruptive noise are strictly prohibited. To help enforce this, CCTV may be in place in common areas of the building (never inside the apartment), and noise and smoke detectors may be installed. Any call-out/attendance by security or the building’s emergency service will be charged to the guest (typically around SEK 3,000).
6. Please take good care of the home and respect the neighbors—they are part of the local community.
7. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the listing.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, out of windows, and within 20 meters (65 feet) of the entrance. A SEK 5,000 fee will apply if violated.
9. Final cleaning is included, but the home must be left in a normal, reasonable condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if the property is left unusually dirty.
10. Please handle the keys with care. Lost keys will be charged for replacement and administration from SEK 2,000. If locks must be changed, an additional SEK 4,000 will apply.
11. EV charging on the premises is not permitted unless explicitly included in the booking or agreed separately. A fee of at least SEK 1,000 will apply if violated.
12. Where applicable, snow removal and de-icing are not included. During your stay you may need to shovel snow and/or sand/salt around the property.
13. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not responsible for items left behind.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
