House rules
1. You may be asked to show additional photo ID to confirm your booking.
2. Please be considerate—quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. No parties and no overnight visitors without prior approval. The entrance is monitored with a security camera and a noise-level sensor. If rules are broken, security/inspection may be called (approx. SEK 300) and the cost will be charged to you.
5. Please take good care of the apartment and respect the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on the balcony, and within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance (in accordance with Swedish law). If smoking is detected, a fee of SEK 500 will be charged.
9. Lost key: SEK 200 (replacement key and service). Lock change: SEK 400.
10. Before check-out: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and leave used bed linens/textiles gathered by the entrance. If not completed, the following fees may apply:
– Unwashed dishes: SEK 200
– Bed linens/textiles not handled as instructed: SEK 200
– Additional cleaning fee if needed
Failure to follow the rules may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
