Positive: Supersmidigt att ta sig till och från backarna samt upp och ner till torget med bergbanan. Väldigt snabba svar från hosten, dock endast engelska.

I was disappointed and I was scary of cameras that had been hidden in this apartment

You all must know that a company that is gonna rent you apartment make with you some kind of appointment with questions that are so strange and racist.
First of all to get a virtual keys that don’t work everytime you must:
Upload your document on www site that doesn’t look safe
Upload Your Selfie photo ! Before comming
Answer questions: why are you comming, what for, what are you going to visit.
You must tell them who are you going with and what is your relation! Girlfriend, boyfriend lover I don’t know. And more…
I answered all this question anyway and You guess what? They told me that the answers are to short. I must tell more about me, my girlfriend nationality etc.
I called booking and they were shocked. 1 hour before booking was sorry about that and decided to give me another apartment but I said that I’m going to give them one more chance.
Ok. I got keys after better answers
I felt really bad after that questions. Maybe they don’t like polish like me?
I hope they know what is RODO because I didn’t get any informations what happend with my id photo and photo of my self. Hope the organisation that control that topic will make some invigistation there after my call.

Bra och mycket fin lägenhet. Begränsad utsikt då den låg med fönster mot berget och vägen.
Åre är fantastisk som ort med mycket att göra och ett bra restaurangutbud.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
