Positive: Grymt läge för bra pris, allmänt superfint o fräscht
Negative: Ena toaletten gick ej att låsa o ena sovrummet hade ingen plast kåpa till takventilen så det drog lite kallt.

Positive: Stor badstue, veldig moderne og romslig
Negative: Vi burde fått tilbud om nøkkel til alle uten å be to ganger om å få det, spesielt når nøkkelen var en app på mobilen var det veldig tungvint at ikke alle hadde tilgang :(

Vi är supernöjda med boendet och det var till och med ännu bättre än vad bilderna visade! Bra ski in- ski out läge vid Tottliften och en kort promenad ner till Åre torg. Uppförsbacke för att ta sig tillbaka från torget men då gick det jättebra ta bergbanan istället. Vi kommer absolut att vilja boka denna lägenhet igen!

Apartment is big and very clean. Big fridge. Good working Miele oven and dish washer. Great shower !
Most importantly, superb view from the hall with big windows.
A bit of walking on 18% gradient from town to apartment . Great exercise though 😛
Pontus is super efficient. Extremely responsive and check in on us often ensuring our stay was enjoyable .

This is a tough one, I would almost give this one 3 stars and here are the reasons. The place is nice, good looking, great view but the description in the ad with "fully equipped" is not even close to true. There is no toaster, grater, vacuum cleaner, mop, not even a broom and for us staying there for a week, made it a little bit uncomfortable.
When it comes to Pontus, he responded very quickly but most of the answers were clearly automated or pre-written and a lot didn't even answer our questions, it was clear he didn't read the questions properly. There were several issues he didn't even respond to in which he said "I will check with this and that" and then nothing. The icing on the cake was that a cleaner came un-announced in the morning without knocking after new years eve to ask when we would leave (we had four more days to stay), another time a similar thing occurred. No feedback, disorganized. We have tried different places and for this kind of money, choose another place!

2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
