Die Wohnung punktet durch ihre tolle Lage und super Anbindung an die Infrastruktur: Haltestellen sind quasi vor der Tür und in der Straße gibt es viele Cafés, Supermärkte und Bars. Tolle Überraschung: Wir genossen am Wochenende kostenlos die laute live-Musik der Bar „Encore“ unter uns – bis tief in die Nacht. Das Bad ist winzig, aber dafür putzt man gleich den ganzen Raum beim Duschen. Die weißen Möbel sind schick und erzählen Geschichten über Besuche mit verschütteten Getränken – romantisch!
Hervorheben möchte ich auch die Kommunikation mit Andreas. Er antwortete meist fix. Direkt nach der Anfrage forderte er von allen Personen, die dort übernachten wollten, Links zu Social Media Profilen und ihre Personalausweise. Auch nach vielen Nachfragen war mir nicht klar, wofür er unsere Ausweise haben wollte ("Sicherheit"). Am Anreisetag hielt er die Spannung hoch, indem er nicht, wie versprochen, 24 Stunden früher die Zugangscodes nannte, sondern kurz vor Anreise nach 3x Nachfragen.

Séjour mitigé car l’endroit est très bien placé, juste en face de l’arrêt de métro et du train. Le logement était propre en règle générale mais la première nuit nous n’avions pas de draps et nous avons dû dormir avec des couvertures, matelas, et coussins tachés sans draps. Le lendemain l’hôte nous en a ramené mais pas top pour un séjour de 3 nuits... l’hôte a été compréhensif mais il a fallu lui « prouver » plusieurs fois que nous n’avions pas de draps, ce qui était embêtant. Aussi, il y a un bar « rock » juste en dessous dans lequel on entend fort la musique mais ce n’est que jusque 23h donc c’est ok.

Its sundbybery centrum and trains , busses stop are right in front of the apartment , restaurants, grocery store, everything just 100 meters from the apartment, just 10 mints from mall of Scandinavia and 10 mints from Stockholm Central. It’s little noisy on Saturday night as club just down stairs but we enjoyed as we love party places Overall it’s really good place to stay.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, die Größe der Wohnung (wir reisten zu viert - 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) war perfekt für uns. Ebenso die Lage (2 Stationen mit dem Zug bis in die Stadt) und das quasi direkt vor der Haustüre. Der Lidl und die Bäckerei gleich nebenan haben uns auch vieles erleichtert. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Photos und es war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

This stay would be perfect for a group of friends on a budget who were willing to share one small bathroom. The location was very convenient, right next to the metro and commuter trains and the apartment had a good amount of space. The host was responsive, and seemed to be part of a team managing rentals. The place in person was more drab than the pictures, but the morning light was nice and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, you had to walk through the smells of garbage (and food pieces on the floor) when entering/exiting the ground floor before going up to the apartment, but that is typical of these type of apartments.
We were also surprised that the host sends a separate “rental contract” outside of Airbnb that must be signed after booking with a number of fees listed. They are reasonable requests, but we weren’t expecting it. When we went back to the listing it does mention it way down at the bottom, but does not mention the fees associate with the house rules.

2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
