Exactly as described, great location and lovely flat.

Location is super central and close to the key sites and public transport. The suite was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Though quite cluttered with unnecessary decorative items yet nowhere to unpack our personal items. The bed linens were nice but the bed mattress was not comfortable at all and we both left with sore backs because one side collapses in towards the middle.
Unfortunately the other miss for us was a quite cold and unhelpful host, with warnings of extra fees and fines for everything from cleaning, to a sheet for the baby crib… but then when we pointed out that we could not properly use the bath because there was no drain stopper, he did nothing (he said he would get back to us about fixing it but never did). This was important to us because we were with our baby. I definitely would not recommend this apartment to travelling families. It would work great for a couple travelling light and looking for a central location.

This place is nice & in a great location! However, the beds are uncomfortable given they are just two twins pushed together without a topper & the water in the bathroom did not get hot.

Fantastic, comfortable apartment in such a cool area of the Old Town. so many great restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy to walk to bus and metro. I will stay again next time I'm in Stockholm.

L’appartamento di Elias è molto bello, pulito, accogliente e in pieno centro storico. Super attrezzato con anche una sauna. Cucina pulitissima e letti confortevoli. Solo il letto nella camera lascia poco spazio per arrivare alla finestra ma questo dettaglio non ha inciso negativamente sulla bellezza dell’appartamento che è in stile svedese in un edificio storico.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
