Super placering midt i Södermalm og i gåafstand til det meste. Rummet var som beskrevet - småt, men med det man skal bruge. Det er helt sikkert pengene værd, men man skal ikke forvente luksus. Sengen er ikke super god og der er en del larm, når folk kommer ud og ind. Men området er fedt og det er et fint sted til pengene! Ind- og udcheckning gik nemt med nøgleboks og tydelige anvisninger. Kunne godt finde på at booke samme sted igen næste gang!

Great place for the price in a perfect area.
Only downsides was that: 1) the apartment can be cold in the winter, which was only communicated by the host a few days in advance, and 2) the apartment was placed in the basement among the storage rooms of the tenants in the building, which didn’t make it too home-y.
But other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and found the area and the facilities of the apartment perfect for a getaway in Stockholm.

Convenient for a short visit in Stockholm, of course its in thé bassement but everything is mention on the add.
Just one thing about the Check out 10am its a bit early, push until 11.00 would be nice.

Very tiny room in storage space. It's costly for the room we spend. It was my mistake not to look full details because of hurry in my booking. Otherwise room is tidy and kitchen utensils are also available.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
