Fantastiskt läge, ren lägenhet, oerhört lyhörd och vänlig värd. Om du vill laga mat saknades dock en del köksutrustning i lägenheten (ingen tekanna, bara tre koppar, inget rivjärn, inget durkslag).

En lite mindre bostad än förväntat med endast ett fullständigt rum. Vissa lampor fungerade inte som de skulle och utbudet av porslin och bestick var begränsat. Platsen var dock mycket bra.

Underbar lägenhet och perfekt för att resa med dina vänner. Lugnt område jämfört med att bo direkt i stadens centrum, men du är bara 10 minuter från centrum! Jag rekommenderar verkligen detta boende!

Fantastisk plats, trevlig värd som kommunicerade väl och var konsekvent, fastigheten var suverän; en ren, modern lägenhet i skandinavisk stil full med bekvämligheter.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.

Om gäster avbokar mellan 7 och 30 dagar före incheckning, kommer värden att få betalt 50% för alla nätter.
Om gäster avbokar mindre än 7 dagar före incheckning, kommer värden att få betalt 100% för alla nätter.
Gäster kan också få en full återbetalning om de avbokar inom 48 timmar efter bokningen, om avbokningen sker minst 14 dagar före incheckning.
