Great place, easy to find and close to facilities.

The location of this flat can't be beat! There's a Coop grocery store literally across the street. Bus stop is at the corner. Train station is a 10min walk. The elevator code to go down frequently didnt work, but other than that, I highly recommend this Södermalm flat.

Bra plass å bo, enkelt å finne frem, kort vei til nærmeste skiheis, og gode parkeringsmuligheter.

The place it is a little far from the center but the public transportación is nearby. We need a lot of codes to enter but the instructions were clear.

it was great to stay! I wkjls suggest extra blankets and kitchen things ( coffee, olive oil,etc) to make it more homy

I had a wonderful stay in Olof's cozy studio apartment. The space was nicely equipped with everything I needed, and it was so clean and tidy. Olof always responded right away whenever I had a question. I would highly recommend booking with Olof.

Mycket fin lägenhet. Bra läge där det är enkelt att ta sig in till Stockholm centrum. Enkelt att kommunicera med Olof. Rekommenderar starkt!

Praktisk rom for et kort opphold i Åre, nærme skibakker og kort vei til sentrum. Ved utsjekk var rengjøringspersonalet veldig pågående, var på døren flere ganger før utsjekkingstid.

Elias is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Apartment is comfortable, especially if ou are ok with the pretty strict rules that were pointed out several times. A second set on keyes would have been nice. I would definately stay here again.

The apartment was really nice and cozy.Check in was flexibel and went smoothly.The whole area is really newly built and we really enjoyed all the wood used in the construction.Only downside really is, that there’s no grocery store nearby.Sadly our upstairs neighbours were really loud at sleeping times.

Le logement était conforme aux attentes, Andreas a été réactif et l’appartement est bien placé et facile d’accès. Les recommandations strictes d’Andreas peuvent faire peur au début, mais finalement tout s’est bien passé. Je recommande.

Good place, comfy and warm. Bit of a bad situation as a door didn’t work properly but the owner had helped us swiftly and helped us out so it didn’t ruin our stay. other than that, fairly satisfied and do recommend.

Alloggio pulito e in ordine. posizione centrale si raggiunge a piedi la metro in pochi minuti, la fermata del bus proprio sotto casa . Proprio di fronte al palazzo a destra un chiosco molto famoso ( Günters) che prepara un ottimo street food degli hot dog squisiti. L'host sempre rapido ed esaustivo, molto disponibile. Abitazione essenziale ma dotata di tutto, fantastico minimalismo svedese che io amo tanto. Entrambe i letti ( letto matrimoniale e divano letto ) comodi . Se proprio vogliamo trovare un piccolo neo è una vibrazione che proviene dal frigo ed essendo la cucina molto vicina al letto si sentiva soprattutto durante la notte ma sono sicura che Fredrik la risolverà rapidamente e quando ritorneremo sarà tutto risolto. La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva e consiglio vivamente di scegliere questo alloggio sia per posizione e tranquillità sia per disponibilità e rapido riscontro dell'host.

Clean apartment with a friendly host. A bit small for four (or even six) people, but completely fine if you are planning to spend the whole day on the ski slopes.

The apartment is a nice place to stay in Stockholm. Everything is within walking distance. The kitchen is not equipped for a longer stay but it is OK for breakfast. The bathroom is as small as if looks in the picture but also OK for a short stay.
