Nice place and location. Handled by a proxy, so not very personal. Pillows were worn out. Otherwise totally fine accomodatio. And Söder is wonderful and lots of nice stuff just around the corner.

Olofs boende var perfekt för oss, två vuxna. Rent och snyggt och skön säng. Extra plus för möjligheten att enkelt ladda vår elbil. Hit återvänder vi gärna!

Fresh, clean, modern apartment. Supreme location for skiing

Vi var väldigt nöjda med detta boende. Fräsch lägenhet, visserligen liten men funkar när man endast är 2 personer. Smidigt att ta sig till stan och till skidbacken via bergbanan som även går fram emot kvällen.

Fredrik’in Dairesi Fridhemsplan Metro İstasyonuna 50 metreydi ve ulaşımı gayet kolaydı. Daire anlatıldığı gibi ve gayet hoştu, mutfakta ihtiyaç duyulan yağ, kahve, kahve filtresi, tuz, baharat gibi her şey vardı, daire temizdi. İsveç’te çoğu konaklamada havlu ve nevresim verilmemesine rağmen, Fredrik’in dairesinde havlular ile nevresim takımı kullanımımıza hazırdı. Ancak daire anında rezervasyona açık olmasına rağmen, rezervasyondan sonra Fredrik’in sosyal medya hesaplarımızı istemesine şaşırdık, birde ilk geldiğimiz gün evle ilgili kendisine mesajla ilettiğimiz ısınmayla ilgili bir talebimize 1 günden bile daha sonra bir zamanda yanıt vermesi çok olumsuz bir durumdu. Sonuç olarak rahat bir konaklama geçirdik ve Fredrik’in evini, Stockholm tatiliniz için öneririm.

Really nice and cozy place to stay for a visit

This is a very nice apartment.It is approximately 50 meters from the bus stop to the bus which is going to Gamla Stan.The apartment was very clean and with everything you need.

A notre arrivée, logement plus que très propre, sublime. La baie vitrée donne une vue magnifique. La salle de bain est magnifique et possède un sèche cheveux.A côté de ça, nous avons eu quelques désagréments : le système de fermeture de la porte automatique s'est cassé au bout du deuxième jour. Les trois jours restants nous avons du nous coller au mur pour pouvoir entrer car la porte ouvrait d'environ 30 cm seulement. Nous aurions aimé plus de réactivité pour que la porte soit réparée ... Surtout que ça ne semblait pas être la première fois qu'elle cassait.Le système pour garder l'eau dans le lavabo ne fonctionne pas ... Les poêles ne fonctionnent pas avec les plaques à induction. Il n'y a que les casseroles qui fonctionnent.Nous aurions aimé avoir un balai... Cinq jours sans passer le balai c'est compliqué.Enfin, le matelas n'est qu'un surmatelas.Tellement dommage car le logement est génial et a une vue sublime. A améliorer.

Great accommodation, I would even say perfect! Very clean, everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail. For example, in the kitchen you can find olive oil, salt and pepper, so we didn't have to buy it for 3 days. We even found body cream in a bathroom (it was very windy in Stockholm at this time and the skin was very dry, so the cream came in handy:) It was great to be able to make s coffee. Someone wrote in the review that the coffee machine does not work, but all you need is just to look at the instructions on the Internet to understand how to turn it on:) The apartment is easy to find, and of course, the location is amazing - in the very center of the old town. We felt as at home, everything is very comfortable and cozy. I would be happy to come back again!

Квартира великолепна! Расположение, доступ, все в ней необходимое, в том числе стиральная, посудомоечная машинки, микроволновка и духовка. Чистейшее белье, полотенца и санузел. Мы прекрасно чувствовали себя в ней с двумя детьми. Наша абсолютная рекомендация квартире и владельцу!!!

Really convenient apartment for anyone seeking a flexible and temporary housing solution in Stockholm while they search for a more permanent place. The kitchen comes stocked with cookware, which is helpful, and the convenient location means downtown is easily accessible by tram and then bus/subway.

El alojamiento es íncreible, precioso y la zona es ideal, además muy limpio y ordenado, lo he pasado genial.Mi única queja es que me alojé durante una semana y solo me dio una toalla, una toalla para la ducha y se ofreció a darme más pero me dijo que había que pagar

Andreas' place was lovely and bright! Felt safe and cozy after a cold day in the city. 5 min walk from Kristineberg Metro Station and really quick into the city centre, with good connections to other parts of the city.Perfect for 2-4 people but could also be good for 6. We ate in most of our stay and had everything we needed in the kitchen.One issue with the bathroom door handles but nothing to discourage from staying here.I definitely recommend this apartment - and the Pizzeria around the corner was also delicious - we had the pasta!
