Très contente d'avoir choisi ce logement! Propre, joli et confortable.Facile d'accès en transports donc le fait que ce soit un peu éloigné du centre ville ne compte pas réellement, et c'était facile à trouver.Seul bémol : l'isolation sonore. J'ai eu des voisins exécrables les deux dernières nuits, qui sont rentrés vers minuit et faisaient tellement de bruit qu'on aurait dit qu'ils étaient chez moi, c'était si fort que je ne sais même pas si ils étaient au dessus ou à côté de mon logement. en dehors de ça tout était parfait, j'y retournerai si je reviens à Stockholm !

A spacious apartment with a nice style, was perfectly clean, in a peaceful area with good amenities close by thanks to a large mall, also close to a train station with quick transport links to the city centre. Host was communicative and helpful with the required check-in/checkout process which were quick and easy.

The apartment was located in a quite area of Stockholm, clean and tidy. Just what we need for the stay in the capital. The host was responsive and provided us with clear instructions and information to make our stay great.

The place was good, Elias was very helpful and communicative. Even if I found funny that he called it home and few hours before booking changed the number of appartement (: It is what it is. Very good for short term, but I booked it for 17 days and the apparmnt is not ready for this kind of stay. Boiler in bathroom has enough water only for 4 minutes, so it is torture when you're two people. There is only one tiny pot in kitchen so if you are making the sup, you will not make a cooffe as there is no kettle. Maybe it is normal in scandinavian countries, but the list of instructions for cleaning surprised me too.

One of the best places we stayed in. Apartment in spacious with a stunning view on the river and mountains. Everything was perfect.

Fredrik's apartment is clean, spacious, quiet, and conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. As host, Fredrik clearly communicated the check-in instructions and house rules, which made check-in easy. He responded quickly to any questions I had via messaging. I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in this neighborhood of Stockholm.

L’appartement est situé idéalement ! Dans un quartier tout calme, et à 10 minutes à pied du métro, vous traversez un parc très tranquille avant d’y arriver.L’appartement correspond aux photos et la communication avec Elias était parfaite ! Je recommande.

Great place, but a bit smaller for 3 people to stay.

La situació del pis és ideal. És la zona antiga de la ciutat. A prop del metro. El pis està ben aïllat.Dona a una plaça amb restaurants. És al final del carrer turístic de la ciutat.

The flat was excellent and was very close to the train to go into central Stockholm . There were a few places to eat in or get a takeaway . The flat was well laid out with plenty of plates , cups etc. the balcony was so good to sit out on and overlooks one of the many bays in Stockholm .

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, die direkt am Wasser liegt. Man kann super mit dem Boot in die Innenstadt fahren. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls mit allem ausgestattet. Fredrik war immer per Mail zu erreichen. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig.

Muy buen barrio y apartamento bastante correcto en relación calidad/precio.

Eine sehr gute Wohngelegenheit. Die Innenstadt schnell erreichbar. Charmante, gut strukturierte Anlage, nur leider sehr wenig Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden, sodass sich der Einsatz der vorhandenen Spülmaschine nicht lohnt.

Le logement était très agréable, avec un accès au jardin. Le tout facilement accessible depuis le centre de Stockholm. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment an ruhiger Lage. Das Highlight ist definitiv das grosse Wohnzimmer mit Cheminée sowie der gemütliche Balkon mit Aussicht auf das Wasser. Die Möbel waren ganz neu und die Zimmer sind stilvoll in einem modernen Design eingerichtet. Leider ist die Ausstattung aber nicht ganz so wertig, wie es auf den ersten Blick scheint: Keine der Innentüren liess sich komplett schliessen; das war insbesondere bei der Tür zur Toilette sehr unangenehm. Dort fiel sogar die Türklinke ab, die mit viel zu kleinen Schrauben unzureichend befestigt war.Als wir zum Frühstück Spiegeleier zubereiten wollten, stellten wir erstaunt fest, dass keine Bratpfanne vorhanden war und auch kein Salz, Pfeffer oder Öl zur Verfügung steht. Auf Anfrage teilte man uns mit, dass dies nicht zur Küchenausstattung gehört. Diese Dinge trübten unseren Aufenthalt etwas, aber alles in allem kann ich das Airbnb von Andreas trotzdem weiterempfehlen.
