Travelled in March 2023 with our 2 small children for more than a week- during a snow storm!This apartment is beautiful, in a wonderful location in Gamla Stan close to the palace, about a block from the water and the ferries to take you to Djurgarden for museums and sights. Tons of coffee places and darling shops on the same block. So lovely. With children, we loved that the apartment had a washer/dryer, a bathtub, a pack and play, a highchair, and a fully equipped kitchen. It felt like a home away from home. The nearest grocery store is a small Coop (grocery chain) about a 7 min walk away. Overall, a very comfortable apartment in a great location!

Perfect little apartment for one or two people on a skiing trip. There is a direct access to the Tottliften on the 4th floor making it so easy to come and go with the skis and boots.The apartment is well equiped and clean. Recommend 100%.

Property was great, very spacious and extremely well presented with a high standard of cleanliness throughout. The location as well is top notch, being within short walking distance of the metro and right on the doorstep of a number of amazing bars, restaurants and cafes. The host was very clear and proactive with providing instructions and liaising house rules so there was never any confusion about the check-in or the sort of standard that was expected, solid stuff.A couple things to note is that there were a number of rules for the stay such as no music, quiet time after 10pm and so on which, while not an issue for us, might be a turn-off for some. Make sure you're okay with following such rules before you book. Another note is that the wifi signal on the router is quite weak and does not adequately span the entire property, including the living room and some bedrooms. Again, not a major issue for us as we all had good data plans to fall back on but is worth mentioning.

The apartment in Södermalm is in an excellent location, it was very close to the school we visited. It is also close to public transport, shops and restaurants. It was really warm which was perfect in the unusually cold March weather. The communication with Elias was fast and everything was solved immediately. the place is essentally good for a longer stay too. There was an issue with the kitchen (the electric oven and and dishwasher did not work) and the washig machine (we could not start it). All in all I definitely recommend the place for a stay in Stockholm's centre.

Perfect place to stay for skiing!Great ski-in/ski-out.Very spacious bathroom.A lot of storage for our stuff.Fresh renovation and new equipment with furniture, you could literally smell the newness!Pontus was always responsive and helped us with our requests.There was only one little issue: there is a fully equipped kitchen, great! But there is no table and no chairs in the apartment. Most of the time we where dining out, but for breakfast we were standing at the kitchen counter or were sitting on the bed.As said, not a big issue, but the only little criticism on this all in all great apartment!Definitely a recommendation for a stay in Åre!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment and everything was as explained.It has a great location, close to the metro and some nice music bars.It is quite small, specially the shower and toilet, which are separated.The host was very nice online and answered quickly when we asked something.Overall we would recommend the place :)

great location. The small flat is good for short stays as the toilet/shower is really tiny but does the job. Bring your hairdryer as there isn't one available. Great stay.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves immensely at Olof's house. The parking space is one of the house's greatest assets, especially if you're visiting this beautiful city by car. And Olof is very kind and communicative, even on weekends. I would suggest that you consider staying at this wonderful spot.

Great sunny apartment with plenty of space for 4 adults to stay for a week. Host very responsive making everything easy. All amenities listed and more were in apartment (hair dryer, TV, etc.). Clean, modern, well equipped, no clutter, easy access to both bus & metro within close walking distance. Check-in/out as well as daily access easy with keypad entry to both exterior and interior door, very helpful. WiFi was strong and reliable which was great. Apartment can sleep 6, so very comfortable with 4. Kitchen was nice size for easy meals, full size fridge & freezer. An elevator a few steps from apt door if you do not want to walk up one easy flight of stairs. 2 balconies will be nice in warm weather. Bathroom on the smaller/European size, but worked fine one person at a time. Heat worked very well and windows, blinds in great condition. Comfortable beds for all. Nice hall with closets. Charming older apartment very nicely updated :) Will return next time in STK. Highly recommend to stay.

Very well located apartment. Good and numerous shops nearby. the apartment was adequately equipped. A third chair at the table was missing because there were three of us. otherwise the apartment was very clean and well equipped. the communication was very good. there was very quick response to questions and clear instructions on how everything works. I can only recommend.

Cozy apartment close to all amenities in Duved. Near the ski bus, byliften, and ample parking. Great to have a sauna for after ski relaxation!
