Bra boende. Nära till tottbacken!! bara att glida över till backen. Uppförsbacke till boendet. Hade varit bra att veta i förväg så vi kunde boka taxi från tåget. Annars bra!

The apartment is excellent, clean and nicely arranged. It is located in a good location, in a quiet part of the city, a few minutes from the metro station, well connected to the rest of the city. There are several shops nearby. Communication with the host was excellent, he answered quickly to every question. The instructions he gave us regarding check-in and check-out were clear, precise and easy.I recommend this apartment to everyone.

Lovely stay! I walked in and felt very cozy and at home. Towels and hairdryer were not listed among amenities, but were available. Shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, soap in the kitchen and toilette sink too. The dishwasher has a little bit unfortunate location and you need to adjust to it. But overall apartment had lots of light and felt clean. Two bus stops, one right behind the apartment and other one behind the corner. Great area.

It is in the city center so you can easily reach old town, fotografiska etc. by walking. There are lots of local cafe, bars and places for food so close to home.

Väldigt modernt och trevligt område ett gångavstånd från VM 8:an. Induktionshäll av mycket hög kvalité och det var trevligt att laga mat i köket. Pågår fortfarande byggarbete i området

God service, svarer raskt og enkel vert å forholde seg til. Rent og ryddig sted. Rolig område og kort avstand til Åre sentrum. Totalt en god opplevelse.

Vi hade en otroligt trevlig vistelse i åre i Pontus lägenhet! Han va trevlig, hjälpsam och tydlig. Lägenheten var bra placerad nära backen och stan, fräsch och bekväm!Rekommenderar!

Perfekt för kortare vistelse i Åre

Traveled with 3 other people for a total of 4 people staying here. It was a bit tight but absolutely doable for the price! Perfect location for exploring Stockholm. We were able to return to eat lunch at the apartment multiple times throughout the week to save some money. Olof’s instructions were clear and easy to follow during check in and check out! Great experience overall!

Very good location, less than 1 minute to the closest lift. Very good communication with the host, clear rules on what is allowed.We were positively surprised by the quality of the bed sofa.

This place is incredible. The building in and of itself and the common areas are stunning. The apartment is as shown, but better in person. Elias is very responsive and detailed with instructions A couple notes: you won't be able to have a taxi drop you off at the place as that part of the street isn't for cars. You will need to bring your luggage up about a city block of a cobblestoned hill. The apartment is on the fourth and top floor. It was a workout but well worth it. The location cannot be beat. The ad says Sôdermalm but it's really in beautiful Gamla Stan (old town). You can hop islands by bridge or ferry easily from this location. Everywhere you want to go is in walking distance or a ferry/subway stop. Right down the street is a smaller Coop grocery store. The bed is very comfortable, as is the couch. The shower is really nice, though the hot water may not be enough for two back to back showers. it wasn't cold just warm. But def not an issue. The kitchen is fully stocked.
