Great location and very central apartment. A small 1 room apartment. But is soo close to restaurants and subway. Had a great stay here.

J'ai passé 16 jours dans ce logement suite à un problème dans mon logement initial. Situé dans mon quartier préféré de la ville, le logement proposé par Elias présente un emplacement idéal pour votre séjour à Stockholm. La literie est très confortable, l'arrivée et le départ très flexible. L'hôte est d'un professionnalisme remarquable et je vous en remercie pour cela. Le seul point à soulever est que y habiter pendant une longue période peut s'avérer inconvénient du à une petite cuisine et une toute petite douche. Mais le logement n'est surement pas prévu à cet effet, c'est pourquoi je recommande chaleureusement le logement d'Elias !

Everything was as advertised and was perfect for our visit. Would definitely stay again!

Accomodation as described and convenient with a kitchen area :) Maybe not the place to hang around in, but a great place to stay at while exploring the city. A little ”bunker feeling” with the bare concrete floor and ceiling but a big window with lots of daylight! Good communication with the host.

Bel appartement bien équipé, spacieux et idéalement situé. Permet de rayonner dans tout Stockholm à pied.Puis la magie de Gamla Stan fait le reste!

Pěkné zcela nové ubytování v pěkném prostředí. Okolí i byt se mi moc líbil, MHD v docházkové vzdálenosti. Není co vytknout.

appartement petit mais fonctionnel, très propre. L'avantage est qu'il est tout proche de la ligne de bus qui vous permet de rallier n'importe quel endroit. Olof est très accueillant et réactif .je recommande.

Thanks to Olof for clear explanations, there were no difficulties, when checking into the apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area, close to the bus stop and a few minutes to the metro. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. Everything is perfectly arranged and comfortable with lots of dishes and no problems with dishwasher tablets. Very satisfied and recommend.

Die Lage am Hafen war sehr schön. Ruhige Nachbarn. Toller Ausblick auf den Hafen. Super war auch das die 400 Jahrfeier gerade stattfand. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen. Bitte einen zweiten Spiegel ausserhalb vom Badezimmer montieren. Vielen Dank. Schöne Grüße Sebastian und Familie

Nice apartment in a great location for three adults. It was easy to communicate with the host and he gave good instructions for everything. The quality-price ratio was excellent. I would stay there again.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel oder als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Nachbarschaft und nähere Umgebung ist toll. Mehrere Supermärkte und Einkaufsgelegenheiten sogar fußläufig. Die Wohnung war tadellos sauber und top ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine super Zeit

Voor een kort bezoek aan Gothenburg is deze plek een aanrader.

Jättebra miljö, hade turen med att 400års jubileet var bara 5min gångavstånd bort under vår vistelse. Rekommenderar starkt!

什么都很好，就是离车站很有点远。房间那个烤箱是微波烤箱，不能用锡纸，但是烤得比传统烤箱快很多。

Elias place is nice and cosy. You’ve got a beautiful view over the water. It’s close to the metro, and electric scooters are for rent everywhere so it’s really easy to get into town.

Het was een goede uitgangspunt om Stockholm te bezoeken.

Basic and functional. Roomy. There were only two of us but the large 2nd bedroom could easily sleep 3 kids. The location is good and in a quiet, residential area. About 5 minutes walk to the metro which will get you to the center of Stockholm in 10-15 minutes. There is a Coop grocery next to the metro station. The WiFi is good. The patio has a lovely view. The beds are comfortable. Overall, this is a good place to stay and a great base for exploring Stockholm.Caveats: There are little things missing. There are no end tables next to the bed to place your glasses or book or phone, a hair dryer was supplied but no available outlet in either bathroom, there was only one trash bag supplied even though our stay was a week long. The dishwasher had a full load of dishes in it when we arrived (which we didn’t realize until we went to put our dishes in at the end).As said before, these are little things but they do add up to the difference between being good and being excellent.
