A nice, modern apartment fully equipped and very tidy, close to the city.

Great place and location - especially if you're attending Stockholm School of Economics which I was. It is tiny - and the bed is fine but also small and the top shifted around a bit if you move in your sleep like I do. My only other concern (or room for improvement) would be that the shade isn't particularly room darkening - which can be difficult in summer months as the sun rises at 4 am.

Very, very tiny bathroom and could need a little bit of work, but very cozy and a perfect stay for a weekend in Stockholm!

Das Studio ist klein aber fein. Die Lage ist super. Nach anfänglichen Irritationen war das Duschen ein Abenteuer. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und können es weiter empfehlen.

This is literally the ideal set-up, no matter what your plans are in Stockholm. The building and neighborhood are quite and clean with park space outside, and coffee and groceries within walking distance. The metro is a 5 minute walk away, and from there no more than 15 minutes to city center, Gamla Stan, museums, views....everything! The balcony is perfect for morning coffee or a nighttime drink, and beautiful fresh air as the Stockholm sun sets. Everything is clean, well laid out, and the communication is clear and on point. Would definitely return here.

The apartment is amazing. It has all that you may need, it's located right at the heart of Gamla Stan and even so, it's still super quiet and relaxing.The only warning for other travelers would be to bring a sleep mask if you plan to use the third person bed (which is an inflatable bed that's placed in the living room) since that room has no curtains and there is a street light that shines directly into it at night.We knew that it would likely be the case (judging by the apartment photos) and brought one. Using it, I slept there perfectly.Fredrik is a great host. Super attentive and with immediate responses, he'll make your stay there as pleasant as it can be.

Basic accommodation but great location clean and tidy and good value for money

Es una casa pequeña y acogedora, no tiene microondas, una de las camas de matrimonio ocupa toda la habitación, pero en rasgos generales todo muy bien, pero ojo con el propietario, el segundo día por hacer "ruido" (charlando y riendo) poco más tarde de las 22 pm, nos mandó un e-mail amenazando con cancelar mi reserva. Un correo un poco borde y eso que nos hospedamos en familia, no somos unos adolescentes que se dedicaron a hacer fiestas en el apartamento.

Das Apartment von Elias liegt in Södermalm zwischen den U-Bahn-Stationen Mariatorget und Slussen und hat damit eine ideale Lage um Stockholm zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist im 4. Stock und es steht ein Aufzug zur Verfügung. Es handelt sich um ein nicht allzu großes Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und einem sehr kleinem Bad. Das Zimmer war sauber und es war alles da, um sich auch selber zu versorgen, da Essen gehen in Stockholm doch sehr teuer ist. Ein kleiner Klapptisch wäre schön gewesen, aber es geht auch ohne. Der Fernseher hat keine Programme, aber eine Internetverbindung und alle bekannten Streaming-Dienste. Wir haben ihn aber nicht benutzt. Die einzigen Nachteile der Wohnung waren für uns das nur 140 cm breite Bett und die sehr enge Toilette. Beides ist aber undramatisch wenn man sich darauf einstellt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war für Södermalm top.Elias ist ein netter und professioneller Gastgeber, der vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet hat und sich um seine Gäste kümmert.Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen und werden selber wieder anfragen, wenn wir noch einmal nach Stockholm kommen.

Nice and clean — not just airbnb clean, but real clean. Perfect location. Very small and I could almost hear the neighbour think.

The flat is in a central location within easy walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, public transport, the city centre and waterside paths. All surfaces and linen were clean, only cobwebs in the ceiling which had been overlooked. The flat is very basic and has the essentials apart from Wi-Fi which we overlooked when booking as we took it for granted that it would be available in city centre accommodation!
