Η διαμονή μας στο διαμέρισμα ήταν ευχάριστη και θα το προτείναμε. Ο οικοδεσπότης απαντούσε άμεσα στα μηνύματα μας.Παρόλα αυτά για λόγους βελτίωσης και μόνο έχουμε τις παρακάτω παρατηρήσεις.Το διαμέρισμα είναι παλιό (οι φωτογραφίες το ευνοούν) και κάποια πράγματα έχουν φθαρεί.Επιπλέον κάποια από τα μαγειρικά σκεύη θεωρούμε πως δεν είναι κατάλληλα για χρήση (κατσαρολάκι για βράσιμο αυγών, βραστηρας νερού κλπ.). Στα θετικά που θα θέλαμε να αναφερθούν, αν και δεν αναφέρεται στις παροχές υπήρχε καφές και μικρό πιστολάκι μαλλιών (το ζητήσαμε από τον ιδιοκτήτη, μας απάντησε ευγενικά πως δεν διαθέτει, αλλά εντέλει άφησε ένα στο διαμέρισμα και τον ευχαριστούμε).

Fin lägenhet med utsikt. Det är enkelt att ta sig till centrum med tunnelbana. Självincheckning och självutcheckning. Tack, Olof

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, aber ruhig, und ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um Stockholm zu erkunden. Ab 1,90m müsst ihr ein bisschen auf euren Kopf aufpassen, insgesamt ist die Wohnung aber wirklich toll.

Nice place, clean, located outside the city centre but easy access by Metro and tramway. A bit small but ok for 1 or 2 night.

Lovely historic building with beautiful view and furnishings. Great size for a couple and kids or one other adult. The apartment is well fitted unfortunately there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom like the smell of something rotting. The shower head is also hand held and there was only enough hot water for one person to shower. The historic square now has a Burger King downstairs which unfortunately takes away some of the charm but it is very centrally located to explore Gamla Stan and the rest of stockholm by the train.

Great studio apartment with a beautiful view. Might be a bit outside the city centre but public transport is excellent. The apartment has everything you might expect, including a well equipped kitchen. Slightly noisy neighbours but nothing to lose sleep over.

Moderne Wohnung mit bequemen Bett und allem was man braucht. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und auf ein Problem am Anfang wurde schnell reagiert.

New, fresh, lovely apartment, great value for the price, near by public transfer.Would very much recommend to anyone about it!

Nice and clean loft! It's only a short ride from the city center, and the island can also be reached by ferry from the other side :)

Alles sehr toll :) sehr sauber und zwei Metro Haltestellen innerhalb von 4min zu Fuß zu erreichen. In 35 ist man aber auch zu Fuß zb in Gamla Stan/Königlichen Schloss :) Klein aber fein :)

The location of the flat is amazing and the place is really well decorated! You have everything you’ll need to cook and to live the place! The bed was really comfortable, as well as the sofa. The system to open it and close it was super easy to use. For us, the place has just 2 bad things:- it’s kind of dark as it almost doesn’t have any light form outside. To be honest, that wasn’t something that really bother us, as it has electric lights everywhere. Maybe for longer stays that can be something to take into account. - what we didn’t like is that after paying almost 55€ as “cleaning fee” you need to take out the rubbish and to put the bed lines and towels next to the door (or you can be charge and extra 50€). I understand we can’t leave the flat a mess, but I think that should be included

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Sie ist hervorragend und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Vorteilhaft ist außerdem, dass in unmittelbarer Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars bzw. Gaststätten sind und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen sind.

Great location, near to everything I needed. Had some issues but the host worked hard to resolve them. Shower didn't work when I arrived but the host got it sorted. I asked the host in advance if the property had an iron, they said it did but when I arrived it didn't. The host did get one sorted a few days later. The bathroom is VERY small. The shower is basically over the toilet, so that might not be for everyone. It was clean and the bedroom was spacious. I had a lot of noise from others in the building but not the hosts fault

Ho soggiornato una settimana in questo grazioso e silenzioso appartamento a Gärdet. Facile eseguire check in in autonomia. L’ho trovato pulito ed in ordine. Ottima posizione per i miei interessi. Fermata della metropolitana a pochi metri. Semplici le istruzioni per il check out

A very aesthetic apartment, just as shown on the ad. Check in was smooth, and the apartment was extremely clean. The location is ideal. You’re a minute away from heaps of restaurants, cafes, bars and cool shops. You can also walk to the old town quickly and easily. Just note that there’s no washing machine in the building. There are apparently apps you can use, though.

The place is as you see in the photos. The best thing about the place is the location. It is very close to the station (maybe 5 minutes walking distance maximum), and it is a green line which goes to Central station and to a lot of stations where you can change to other means of transportation. There are bus stations and areas where you can rent scooters. There is a market called Coop, which has variety of food items. There are some kiosks near the apartment too. The view from the balcony is great. The area is quite, tranquil and very green. Elias, is easy to reach and answers questions instantly. The instructions form him are very clear and informative, which I find crucial when you are in a foreign country.

Det er en form for vannskade på badet. Det luktet sterkt av fukt i leiligheta når vi ankom, og det var tydelige spor av svartsopp i dusjen. Det var ganske kaldt i leiligheta, men i følge utleier er det normalt med 20 grader. Vi fikk inntrykket av at en varmeovn skulle leveres til leiligheta, men den dukket ikke opp. Varmekablene på badet virker ikke. Ellers er leiligheta stor og fin. Satt veldig pris på ny oppvaskklut og at enkelte produkter som hårføner, dopapir, håndsåpe, oppvasksåpe og oppvaskkost var tilgjengelig i leiligheta. Det er enkelt å komme seg til og fra Stockholm. En litt lengre tur fra Arlanda med lokaltog og buss, men det gikk helt fint det også! Inn- og utsjekk funket helt supert! :)

Fredrik is one of the best in the business, exceptional stay at his Airbnb, communication was top tier and was able to direct me with anything I needed help with, the property is an absolute steal, considering the location and how convenient it is just moving around in town or Stockholm as.
