Everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay quite a lot! The location and the view were amazing! Can only recommend. Elias was also very friendly, and provided us with detailed information about how to get where when and how. He also always replied quickly, if any questions arose. All in all a great little apartment in Stockholm!

Kimmo’s place in Duved was cozy and offered a comfortable stay. Communicating with Kimmo was very straightforward and he was very helpful every step of the way.

I enjoyed stay at this appartment. It was cosy, neat and had everything one needs for a short as well as a long stay. The kitchen is small but it's functionality surprises: it's got microwave, back oven, utensils to cook, bake, plates, knifes and other staff. The bathroom is convenient and there is enough place to take a shower. Aaaand we loved the view from the window! Even though the appartment is located in the city centre, it wasn't loud during the night so it didn't disturb us at all. In general the house was quiet. As I said the location is great - close to everything, lots of cafes to work remotely, close to museums and sightseeing spots.Elias is a nice host who provided as with detailed information, so that you don't have any additional questions about your stay and arrival.Totally worth staying! P.S. the appartment was perfect for 2 persons regarding its size.

Lovely apartment but a little bit cold even with the radiators on max. The couch was amazing. Kitchen was great and well equipped. A bit intrusive to ask for social media or LinkedIn profile link after booking. There could also be bigger towels for showering.

A wonderful ski in, ski out studio apartment style room. The perfect location to have a ski holiday, with a ski lift close by the top of the building. (A gangway connects the rooftop with the slopes)The apartment is clean, simple and a small but functional kitchen. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat

Perfect place for skiing holidays in Åre. You Can allmost ski in and out from the appartment.Clean, new and nice.Kimmo was a good host.

Great location, host and communication. The apartment is very fresh and clean, exactly as advertised. Perfect for a couple. My boyfriend and I would definitely come back!

Das Appartement hat eine super Lage. Die Altstadt, das Zentrum und der Hauptbahnhof sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Check In war problemlos & unkompliziert. Elias hat schnell geantwortet & hat alle wichtigen Infos vorab zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Appartement war sauber & entsprach den Bildern. Für einen Städtetrip zu zweit absolut ausreichend. Das Bad ist ziemlich klein aber erfüllt seinen Zweck. WLAN gibt es keins - auch dies wurde vorab von Elias kommuniziert.

Lovely flat with excellent ski in ski out.

Very nice apartment in a lively area, walking distance from the Old Town and all shops and a lot of restaurants really close by. Ample street parking, which seems to be free overnight. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay and is quite comfortable. The only little problem in the winter is that windows are not very tightly sealed, so the wind blows through. Otherwise, no problem and I can gladly recommend the apartment.

It was a pretty good apartment. Not fancy, but good. It is an outdated building. The shower was good and the beds slept great! It was in a great location, where you could ski in and out. Johannes responds quickly to the messages. We had a great week!

Great place to stay while in åre, close to the slopes, you are connected via a bridge to an anchor lift that takes you up on the mountain and connects you to the rest

Had a really great stay in this apartment. Lovely and clean flat with a great space and good kitchen ware. Also great communication!The only minus was the hot water that run out very fast...
