Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement d'Olof qui est à 5min du métro et à 15min de la gare centrale, ce qui est très pratique.

Super spot, location in the old town!! Beautiful en cozy inside. Olive oil, pepper, salt was avalaible. Really nice stay! The only thing, almost no fresh air inside. But you'll like your stay :) Enjoy it.

Apartment has a superb location short walk to lifts and town center. Very compact and cosy place. Highly recommend. 👍

Flawless administration / check in / check out. Great value for the money and we've stayed in several other units at Tott previously. Pretty much the same experience with great ski in / ski out and a short walked to the Åre center.

The apartment has a wonderful view of the mountains, and huge windows to enjoy all the beautiful sunrises, sunsets and snow storms. The location is great for skiing, one lift leaves straight from the house and you can ski back home. It is situated a very short walk from town with ICA, restaurants and cafés just a few minutes away. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook your own meals. The apartment is very cosy and warm with lots of storage. The sleeping arrangements are great for two couples or a couple of friends. Communication with Johannes war very quick and easy. Thanks a lot, we had a wonderful time.

Séjour très agréable chez Elias qui a été disponible du début à la fin pour chaque question posée. Le logement est très joli, il a le charme des vieux appartements de ville, plafonds hauts et grandes pièces. Il est très bien situé, à proximité de tous les moyens de transports que nous offre Stockholm. Pièces grandes et claires, chauffées juste ce qu’il faut. Literie de qualité. Les seuls bémols seraient l’absence de stores dans une des chambres, comme il n’y a pas de volets dans ces vieux immeubles de Stockholm, les nuits sont claires ! S’il vous est impossible de dormir en plein jour prévoyez un masque pour mettre sur vos yeux la nuit. La boîte à clé est un peu difficile à trouver malgré les explications très précises d’Elias. Il aurait été souhaitable d’avoir une cafetière mais sinon la cuisine est correctement équipée. Merci pour cette location que je conseille vivement. A refaire sans hésiter me concernant.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, secure, and spacious. The shower was awesome for someone who lives in a place with much lower water pressure.It was pretty quiet considering it is in the heart of the trendy part of town. Close to the T-Ban.I did not cook while there so cannot comment on the kitchen facilities.The children's book shop next door is a delight.I will be booking again soon.

Very nice apartment with everything you need - great location. Everything worked perfect and the communication with Kimmo was easy. The indoor climate could be better though - the air is very dry, and you can not open the bedroom windows.

Fin lägenhet med en dubbelsäng som var lagom för mig och två små. Extrasäng finns om man skulle vara två stora och ett barn. Perfekt läge. Självständig incheckning och bra kommunikation. Enkelt men funktionellt kök. Vi saknade ingenting.

We had an amazing stay with ski in and out as we wanted and it was nice and clean. I do recommend Johannes apartment if you want to go skiing in Åre.

Logement avec arrivée autonome, nous avons été un peu déçu au début car le logement était sale, de la terre au sol, des bouchons de coca cola, des chips sous le matelas... nous avons du emprunter un balais trouvé dans le couloir de l'immeuble pour faire le ménage avant d'installer nos affaires. Nous avons eu des difficultés à déplier le lit, je pense qu'un drap était coincé dedans. Au vu des autres commentaires, je pense que nous n'avons vraiment pas eu de chance mais qu'en temps normal, le logement est impeccable. Les sanitaires étaient très propre cependant. À 5mn à pied du bus, le logement est très bien situer. Résidence calme.

The apartment is very well located, well presented and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed returning each evening after busy days exploring the city. Blinds in the main room would be a help for a good nights sleep.

The place was great 👍🏻 it was quiet and clean, it provided the utensils needed for cooking and cleaning. The elevator was a big help, otherwise those 4 floors would have been terrible. I had a lot of fun and would definitely come back.

Fantastiskt läge och perfekt för ski-in/ski-out. Lagom stor lägenhet som har allt som behövs! Köket är inte optimalt för någon seriösare matlagning men duger för att ordna frukost och lite lättare mat. Sängen var ganska hård och gnisslade lite men helt ok. Allt som allt är vi väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse!
