I stayed in Elias space for 10 nights. The flat is clean and well equipped with the basics you need for your stay. The best part of the flat is its central location. The subway stop is less than 5 minutes away. if you just want to stay localy in Söder you can get to most of the bars and restaurants on the island in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend for everyone to book this place.

The appartement is totally as in the pictures, big and confortable enough for 4 people. Kitchen super equipped which was lovely to cook during our stay. Instructions and communication very clear also. Perfect location. We enjoyed our stay there !

Α lovely, new, relatively large and very airy 2-level loft in a suburb of Stockholm. It is part of a rental complex ( the owner calls it "my house", but there are at least a dozen similar units in the complex), well furnished and functional. Fully equipped bathroom (with a shower, not a bathtub), a good kitchen (no oven but with induction plates and a micro-oven) and a comfy sleeping areal. Decent closet space. There is an adjacent parking lot and the area is connected to downtown Stockholm day and night by public transport; it is definitely out of the city proper, but transit times are reasonable (you can be in the center of Stockholm in half an hour during the daytime).Communication was quick and uneventful, although I didn't actually need to request anything particular and it consisted mainly of instructions for checking in and out. There is quite a number of rules that you are supposed to acknowledge and follow but the process was smooth for me.

This appartament is in a great location to explore Stockholm. There are a few very nice restaurants just a few blocks away. It is cozy, quiet and clean. I'd definitely stay there again.

Location and style of the apartment are great. Everything was clean and well organized. Communication was way to professional for my taste on this Aribnb platform: I got the information on how exactly my check-out should look like twice plus also got an SMS to remind me of my check-out.

Perfect stay in the heart of Gamla Stan old town.

Lovely location and cozy apartment. It gave us all we needed as a camp base to explore the marvellous city of Stockholm.

Overall the stay was wonderful! The apartment had everything we needed & was in a great location. I would have liked to see in the pictures how truly compact the bathroom would be but it was perfectly fine to use. Thanks Elias.

Fin leilighet med nydelig utsikt over Åre. Leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte av utstyr. Størrelsen var god for 4 personer. Enkel innsjekk og utsjekk!

Beautiful, Cosy apartment in the City of Stockholm.

We really enjoyed our stay in Elias‘ apartment a lot. It was close to everything, so we could do a lot of our sightseeing by walking. The check- in and check-out was very easy and we got all the relevant information on time. Elias was easy to contact and the apartment was very clean, but still cozy. We would definitely recommend staying in this apartment when visiting Stockholm!

Prima locatie om enkele dagen te verblijven

I can only recommend Olofs place to everyone. Easy communication, smooth and easy check in. Good connection to the city center.

The apartment is really beautiful with lots of details and in a very lovely area. Also the location in Södermalm at Medborgaplatsen is perfect, if you want to get an inside into the cooler area of Stockholm called "SOHO". The communication with Elias was always very easy.I would definitely recommend the apartment and if I come back to Stockholm I would really like to spend my time there again! :)

Bodde i Fredriks lägenhet under en jobbresa i Stockholm. Jättebra läge nära tunnelbanan (röda linjen). Jättefräscht och fint! Rekommenderar!
