Insgesamt war die Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip nach Stockholm ideal & sehr sauber. Leider hatten wir aber Probleme mit der Lüftungsanlage. Diese lief während unseres Aufenthaltes ohne Unterbrechung bei einer hohen Lautstärke, wodurch es unmöglich war zu schlafen. Hätten wir dies vorher gewusst, hätten wir die Unterkunft nicht gebucht. Wir teilten Andreas den Lärm mehrfach mit. Er antwortete auch jedes Mal sehr schnell, jedoch ohne einen Lösungsvorschlag. Er sagte nur, dass die Lüftung normalerweise nicht so laut sei und man sie nicht abstellen könne. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht & wendeten uns an den Airbnb Support. Wir schickten ein Video mit der Lautstärke mit. Der Support hat sich sehr schnell gekümmert & eine Lösung für uns gefunden. Wenn die Lüftungsanlage immer so laut ist, können wir die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr guter Ort, um Stockholm zu erkunden.

Good apartment with beautiful view. Too old doors with bad lock to the balcony,so, it will be a big question about worming during cold time. But we were during summer, so, everything else was good. Close to metro and to the city center.

Good overall, one thing that would have really improved our stay is WiFi. I didn’t think to check the amenities for this because you expect anywhere you go to have WiFi in 2024. This was especially tough because we were traveling internationally. Otherwise, the apartment was nice and in a great location.

Bekvämt boende för fyra vuxna.Rent och snyggt, bekväma sängar/sänglampor. Välutrustat kök och bad. Parkering utanför huset.5 min till t-bana och buss.

My girlfriend and I spent three days in this apartment, and it was fantastic. The location is very close to the city and within walking distance (though it's an uphill walk back). The view from the balcony is surreal, with chairs and a small table perfect for breakfast or a wine night. Although there's no parking included, there is a convenient parking lot right next to the apartment for 130 SEK/day.The host provided all the instructions beforehand and was always available if we needed anything, responding extremely quickly (within 10 minutes). The only downside was the door access. The apartment uses an app with NFC technology for the key, and it had some connectivity issues. It took about 5 minutes of holding the phone in front of the door to unlock it, which was a bit annoying when coming and going frequently.Overall, our experience was great! If we visit Åre again, we will definitely rent this Airbnb. Highly recommend!
