Sehr schönes kleines, privates Altbau Appartment mit Kachelofen und hohen Decken. Stilvoll und schlicht eingerichtet. Schlecht leider der unnötige ID Check und die künstlichen KI Antworten und Nachrichten, Andreas gibt es offensichtlich garnicht. Das machte einen etwas nervös vorher, weil man nicht wusste, ob dann alles klappt. Der doppelte ID Check hat richtig genervt, weil die ID dann nicht hochladbar war und Airbnb ja sowieso die ID´s checkt und man Bewertungen und ein Profil hat. Trotzdem Wohnung so gut, dass wir wiederkonmen werden. Top Lage auch.

beautiful apartment, in a quiet location, registration too long

En rymlig och mysig lägenhet, gott om plats för 4-6 personer. Vi upplevde dock att det var något svalt i lägenheten, och att det inte gick att reglera temperaturen.

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt bei Andreas. Das Zimmer hat wirklich alles was es braucht und wir haben uns Wohlgefühls. Alles ist sehr modern und schön und simpel eingerichtet. Leider hatten wir nicht das Zimmer mit dem Ausblick, aber dennoch ein großes Fenster zur Seite von dem man auch die Stadt sehen konnte. Andreas war immer gut erreichbar und hat uns alle wichtigen Anweisungen gegeben. Das Hotel liegt zwar ein wenig außerhalb des Stadtzentrums aber mit dem Bus super zu erreichen und man hat die Fähre direkt vor der Tür was ein großer Vorteil ist. Zudem ist die Gegend schön ruhig. Man kann von dort aus alle schönen Dinge in Stockholm unternehmen.Sehr zu empfehlen für ein paar Tage in Stockholm.

Absolutely breathtaking view. This place looks exactly like the photos! I spent most of my time while in the room, looking out the window watching the sun rises and sets each day. There’s a fridge and essential supplies for basic cooking. No coffee maker but I was happy with a french coffee press. Bathroom was spacious and very clean, hair dryer is available. I appreciate the harman kardon speakers which is easily connected by Bluetooth. It’s 200m away from the funicular (bergbana) which comes every 20 min and one can ride down to the village below where all the restaurants and shops are. From the funicular it’s 200m to the train station where the supermarket is located. As I was there in low season (mid April), we didn’t use the sky bridge but walked with our equipments to Årehyddan (look at google maps) where we skied down to the kabinbanan station, there’s also a chair lift from there. Overall, tott apartments is convenient for the price you pay with a view to die for.

Great value for the price. The metro is a 10 minute walk away from the place, the T Centralen station is about 20 minutes away. If you are on a tighter budget and just want a place to sleep while exploring Stockholm, this is a good option.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, tout était très propre. À proximité du métro et commerces à proximité.
