It is a nice, clean apartment with a cute little park out the back. The kitchen was everything we needed. It was close to a few bus lines and across the street from a Coop if you need to buy basic groceries.We spent NYE here and it was quite nice.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr grandios & die Wohnung hat auch einen schönen Charme, sodass man sich in Schweden willkommen fühlt. Teilweise ist mir allerdings aufgefallen, dass etwas Staub zu finden war, was gerade wenn man wie hier auch einen Reinigungsservice bezahlt nicht sein sollte. Außerdem war an der Wand neben dem Bett ein verdächtiger Fleck, bei dem ich nicht ins Detail gehen möchte. Bedenkt außerdem, dass hier Dinge wie frühere Check-Ins & Check-Outs nur gegen ziemlich hohe Gebühren möglich sind. (Diese Möglichkeiten sind nicht selbstverständlich, aber die hohen Gebühren haben mich schon etwas abgeschreckt).Generell hatte die Wohnung aber alles was ich brauchte & gerade die Lage war ziemlich gut. Wenn ihr eine kleine Unterkunft in einem schönen Umfeld sucht, ist diese perfekt, wenn die kleinen Mängel behoben sind.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Le quartier est calme et accessible en transports publics. Notre interlocuteur Olof a été réactif et arrangeant. En hiver, prévoyez des survêtements d’intérieur chauds. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Logement très propre, emplacement impeccable seul bémol l’accès à l’entrée du logement avec un digicode qui ne fonctionne pas et une serrure dematerialisee avec une application qui n’est pas simple pour une première utilisation

Hôte réactif, appartement propre je recommande.

Les instructions étaient très claire et précise pour accéder au logement. Olof nous a bien aider pour les différents transports de l’aéroport jusqu’à l’appartement. Les transports en commun sont très simple et rapide que ce soit de jour ou de nuit. Le quartier est calme. Je le recommande !!

A very cozy and clean apartment. It was really tidy and equipped. Very well connected to the city centre. We’ll come back for sure!

Really nice cozy clean apartment in a calm part of Stockholm. My son and me were very satisfied with our stay in Östermalm.

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Fähre, Bus, Bahn) mit denen man innerhalb von 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt kommt. Vor der Tür stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung, an denen gegen ein Entgelt auch E-Autos aufgeladen werden können. Die Kommunikationen mit Andreas war sehr gut, bei Fragen oder Anmerkungen war er schnell zu erreichen. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem. Gerne wieder!

Great location with a very responsive host.

Appartement idéalement placé, la supérette en face de l immeuble est un gros avantage. Olof est très rigoureux et très réactif. L appartement est conforme à l annonce. Le seul bémol serait éventuellement l isolation acoustique un peu faible. Nous nous sommes régalés à Stockholm !

Great location: inside the historic Gamla Stan with minutes to the waterfront and walkable to the City Hall and Parliament House along the harbor. A beautiful stroll at night. The kitchen and bathrooms are impressive: a mixture of modernity and classics. Enjoyed the expresso machine. Having a washer and a drier was a huge convenience. There was a sauna but we didn't try. Spacious living and dining area. Highly recommended.
