Kimmo is a great host, the apartment is also great. Right by the ski area, the wifi as in all of Åre I guess varies but other than that better than the pictures and very responsive

Es war ein Schöner Aufenthalt etwas außerhalb von Stockholm, man braucht ca. 45 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön.Leider wurde mir erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt, dass es dort einen Lautstärkemelder gebe, der direkt mit einer Sicherheitsfirma verbunden sei, und einen sofort rausschmeisst, wenn irgendwas ist. Das hat den Aufenthalt bisschen negativ beeinträchtigt weil wir das natürlich nicht riskieren wollten. Das ist aber die einzige Kritik, sonst war es wirklich gut. Ein bisschen Salz und Zucker in der Küche wären vielleicht eine gute Idee.

It is exactly how it is described with all the amenities. The place is quite close to the city centre as well with good public transport. I fully recommend this place. However, a few minor compromises I'd like to highlight just in case:1. The apartment's upper floor's height is quite low. An average adult cannot stand straight. Thus, one has to be mindful while getting off the bed.2. Coming to bed, there are two single beds combined with two independent mattresses. So, if you're used to sleeping in the centre, it could be a challenge.3. The apartment uses an A/C unit for heating. Since it is situated at the top, the bottom floor could be a bit colder than expected.4. Lastly, there are no windows in the apartment. So, it felt quite confined inside. However, there are good places to sit outside and enjoy, but this could be difficult in winter.Otherwise, everything is perfect. As I said, I did enjoy my stay. If the above things don't bother you much, go for it. :)

En väldigt bra vistelse med bra läge o mycket bekvämligheter, behövde dock uppge alla resenärers sociala medier vilket jag tycker är konstigt

Nära liftarna, bra utrustning i lägenheten och nära avstånd till byn. Pontus var lätt att kommunicera med under vistelsen.

Vi är mycket nöjda med bokningen. Ett fantastiskt läge, ski in/out, fin utsikt och trevliga grannar. Pontus som värd svarade snabbt på frågor som uppkom under vistelsen, med tydliga instruktioner. Sammanfattat, mycket nöjda, kommer nog bokas igen
