Logement propre, confortable, calme - parfait!

Мы останавливались на 3 дня. Квартира находится в тихом жилом районе, в 7 мин от метро. Дом расположен на набережной с прекрасным видом на озеро. Мы приезжали только на ночь, так что сказать, что есть на районе, не могу. Квартира прекрасная, очень чистая, кухня очень фукциональная. Есть все необходимое оборудование, посуда. Можно самому все готовить. Мебель удобная и современная, очень комфортная кровать. Спали с удовольствием. На балконе можно покушать или попить. Есть кресла и стол.Мы были вдвоем, места достаточно, не тесно.Непривычная процедура регистрации, но это единственное неудобство.

Il soggiorno da Elias è stato buono, lui è stato davvero reattivo e amichevole ogni volta che ho avuto bisogno. L'appartamento rispondeva alla descrizione, era pulito e funzionale (un TV in soggiorno però avrebbe fatto comodo). Il wi-fi era perfettamente funzionante. Ho trovato un po' scomodo il check-in perché siamo arrivati in tarda serata e pioveva, per cui sotto la pioggia è stato difficoltoso trovare il locker e recuperare la chiave. Inoltre, la cucina non era dotata di accendino per accendere i fuochi, ma Elias è stato molto disponibile nel rimborsarmi il prezzo pagato per acquistarlo. La zona è molto buona, vicinissima alla metro Hornstull. Il prezzo molto buono. Nel complesso, è un alloggio che mi sento di consigliare.

Elias is very responsive and proactive in making sure your stay is the best experience possible! There was a problem with the internet once I got there and he took care of it right away. The apartment decoration is very tasteful and simple, and the area is beautiful and lively.

L’hôte nous demande de remplir un document externe en plus des informations fournis sur l’application. Seul problème; Andrea est un ordinateur qui dans ses réponses est assez limité, nous avons essayé de remplir plusieurs fois ce document mais plusieurs pièces demandées étaient manquantes (problème avec le lien envoyé) . Finalement nous avons envoyé nos documents d’identités directement par la plate-forme , donc une perte de temps pour nous comme pour lui . Arrivé sur les lieux , l’appartement est idéalement situé au cœur du quartier de Södermalm. Les photos correspondent à l’annonce . L’appartement est confortable et tres bien équipé. Aucun problème au check in car tout est fait en autonomie et les instructions claires. Petit bémol au moment du départ, quand une personne est venu sonner à 9h58 pour nous demander de quitter les lieux.Dommage pour le côté humain .

Great location with an easy ferry ride to Gamla Stan and lots of attractions. Apartment had enough space for three adults and was super modern.

Great location. Unit was clean and check in was easy. Had a great time with the family during our stay.

Place is great, located in a nice and quiet area with a subway station nearby. Kitchen has a fridge, microwave and a cooking plate which allows you to spin up some quick meal if you need to. There's a cool grill place very close to the place, also some restaurants around. High speed internet is included for those who need to do some working online. I highly recommend it!

L’appartement de Fredrik est top. Il est chaleureux et très bien positionné, à à peine 15mn du centre ville en métro.Petit bemol pour les différents dysfonctionnement de la cuisine. J’espère qu’ils auront été corrigés pour les prochains locataires ☺️Merci Fredrik !

I have stayed at Andreas property before and again it was a very pleasant stay. Super comfortable and clean. The apartment is fresh and inviting.Five stars all the way from me and I would definitely book again.

The place was really nice, in a really good part of Stockholm . Host was really responsive and helpful. Overall, I will come back for sure.

Olof is an amazing host and always responded on a timely manner to my questions. The apartment felt like home, I went to Malmö for three days and when I got back I booked again one of his apartments on the same building. Will come back.

Clean and comfortable room in a good area with a tram stop two minute walk away - direct to central station with one transfer to metro. Quiet neighborhood and lots of amenities provided (also in kitchen: toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.)Thanks for the stay!

Small but good apartment with everything. Close to the metro and bus stop, so it is easy to go to the city center and other locations. There are also some restaurants, bakery and supermarket close to the apartment. Internet is super fast.
