L'appartement correspond aux photos et est très bien situé avec une station de métro et des commerces à proximité.Attention, le local à poubelles est situé dans un autre immeuble et les instructions n'étaient pas claires sur ce point.

Friendly and responsive host - great place to stay!

William was a spectacular host, once again! Exceptionally accommodating with our check in/out schedule and very responsive. The beds in the unit are quite firm, but layering duvets softened up the sleeping experience. Will stay again!

Great location with many good options for food and drinks. We loved the neighborhood and the metro is just a few minutes away. Comfortable space for a larger group.

Savi un citu dati utt.,kas man mazliet mulsināja,jo savus datus sūtīt kaut kur ir liels risks iekļūt krāpnieku lamatās. Pietrūka informācijas par autostāvvietām,ko drīkst izmantot,bet atrisinājām šo problēmu!

This was a great little self contained flat with some very beautiful views of the water. The place was warm, clean, and have some basics which covered my needs including towels, shower gel, soaps, kitchen equipment. 

There are some good transport options near by, mostly buses that take you to a tram stop, or metro stop, or walk a few minutes to get the commuter boat to the city centre one way, or the forest/islands the next. You can take a walk along the water front too. I was out early and back late due to my course, so I didn’t explore the area very much, but it seems very residential. 

Andreas communicated well - there are a lot of automated messages. I’d reccomend this place to stay if you need a quiet, place with really lovely views.

Overall great airbnb option in terms of unit quality, location, and commuting purposes. Close access to a coop (local grocery store), a bus stop, and easy Uber pickup/drop off point. Quick and easy codes to enter the building, elevator, and unit. Olof, provided coffee, tea, and sugars which were greatly appreciated during the stay. Downside is we were only provided two shower towels and two hand towels for a 7 night stay. Furthermore, there was extremely loud construction nearby and above our unit during our stay which we were informed about ahead of time. This severely hindered the ability to stay in the unit during the weekdays from 8-5pm. We do wish we were warned ahead of time of this disturbance.

I recommend Elias' apartment. The apartment corresponds to the description. The apartment is quite large, cozy. There is a public transport stop nearby. It is easy to get to any part of the city. Lots of grocery stores within walking distance. Many restaurants on the first floor of the building. Clear instructions for settlement. I recommend

The place is very cozy and clean. We had a great stay. It’s quite small space but definitely enough for two people. The location is great. There is a metro station 5 minutes away and you can get to the city Center within 5 minutes from there. There is also a bus station around the corner. There are enough blankets and towels for your stay so that is great as well. All in all we were happy with the Appartement and can only recommend it to others.

Boendet matchade beskrivningen, det var mycket fint och fräscht. Lägenheten är belägen oerhört centralt vilket innebar att man med enkelhet kunde ta sig till backen, mataffären, after ski, osv. Ligger dock högt uppe så tar en bit att gå tillbaka alternativt går en bergbana upp var 20e minut. Mycket användbar om man har packning. Slutligen, pontus är en oerhört bra värd som svarar snabbt om man har funderingar. Riktigt bra service!

Lieber Andreas, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in deiner Wohnung. Wir haben uns bei Dir sehr wohl gefühlt. Jetzt müssen wir Stockholm auch im Sommer besuchen. Viele Grüße Simon

The place was as it was described in the listing and photos, being well stocked with amenities and linen. Both the kitchen and bathrooms were clean and stocked up with basic items. Great view from the balcony and is close to many restaurants, shops and a train station. The host is quick and responsive. Just note that there is an external form to sign which requires an ID of all guests when booking.

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage
