The apartment itself is great and the view is amazing. Unfortunately the balcony wasn't clean (cigarette butts/waste), there was no soap, the little dishwashing liquid left was diluted with water and the apartment itself could use some cleaning. I messaged Johannes about this but nothing was done to improve. If the cleaning is done properly it is a great place to stay and I would definitely book it again!

If you are looking for a classy apartment in the trendy part of Stockholm, this is what you should consider. Located in an extremely well-kept building from the 1930s, the high-quality apartment with original herringbone parquet and heavy brass door handles is well decorated. As it faces the inner courtyard, it is also very quiet. AirBnB as it was meant to be. Thank Elias for having us as your guests.

Me and wife with my 3 year old kid have stayed in the Elias apartment for 7 days. I must say the apartment is very neat and clean and location is one of the best with a great view. Also, would like to mention couple of things like Bergsunds strand bus stop which was not even a one minute distance from the apartment and there is a direct bus 54 which runs from Bergunds strand to central station which is really helpful, specially if you are traveling for the first time in stockholm. Apart from that, 5 mins walkable distance to the island of reimersholme, which is great place if you really like party :) Nevertheless, walking distance of 10 mins where you have ICA and one of the big station Hornstull. I must mention, Elias is very responsive and when we had demanded a table fan since it was pretty hot in July, he provided the same within same day. So, I would definitely recommended since it has everything from cooking gas to all the necessary utensils :)

Amazing Airbnb !You get the best location with shops, restaurants and a super close route to all the sites to see in Stockholm.Elias made sure we had everything we needed and we were welcome to a clean and nice apartment.I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to check-in again if I'm back in Stockholm.Check-in and -out was as easy as cake and Elias was even flexible with check-in. Thank you so much, it's been a lovely stay.
