Unterkunft wie beschrieben, für nicht mehr als 2 Personen geeignet. Da wir im Herbst dort waren ist die Lautstärke okay( Fenster meistens geschlossen)im Sommer hört man die Autobahn sicher ziemlich störend. Die Übergabe so wie Anleitung hat perfekt funktioniert. Danke Elias

The unit is very nice, clean, and spacious. The host responded quickly to my questions. The only downsides were having to carry luggage up to the 4th floor and a slightly small shower area, even for Asian standards. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Just returned from a week’s stay at this apartment. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable, with an open and airy feel. The location is very good, in a peaceful area of suburban Stockholm, with close vicinity to the tunnelbana (only 15 mins from the centre). Overall I enjoyed my stay in the apartment very much. It was exceptionally quiet, and perfect for those looking for a peaceful time. The only thing to add is that a microwave was listed on the appliances list of the advert, however there is no microwave. This has been taken off the ad now.The apartment could also benefit from duvets which are a double size, as had to use two single duvets/sheets.

Perfekt boende för flera personer. Väldigt bra och lugnt område.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung! Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. In ca 5 Minuten ist man an der U-Bahn und somit schnell im Zentrum! Die Wohnung sieht etwas größer auf den Fotos aus, aber ist vollkommen ok. Die Küche ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet! Leider war es mit dem Kaffee zubereiten etwas schwierig, da die French Press Kanne nicht zusammen passte.In dem größeren Schlafzimmer lässt sich leider das Fenster nicht öffnen, irgendetwas klemmt da. Im Inserat stehen andere Ckeck in / Check out Zeiten , als die Frederik bei der Buchung angibt! Aber es war dann kein Problem , wir konnten um 15h einchecken und konnten auch erst um 11h auschecken! K

We really enjoyed our stay at Frederiks place, the location is amazing and the apartment is spacious, modern and clean. I would recommend!

We stayed at Elias's beautiful apartment from September 13-24 and everything from the location to the apartment itself was great. As soon as you leave your door you have a huge gym (SATS SoFo), ICA Supermarkets, cozy cafes (Pascal) and various pubs and restaurants all within walking distance from the apartment. The subway is also very close and convenient to use so transportation to and from the apartment is super easy! The kitchen comes fully equipped and we were able to stock the fridge from the nearby supermarket and cook a lovely breakfast spread every morning using the various pots, pans and tools available to us. It doesn't matter if you're looking for a short or long stay, this apartment will satisfy all your needs and we highly recommend it! Last but not least Elias is a great communicator and should you have any questions he will answer almost right away.

This place is on a great street that is perfectly located. We walked to everything from here. The place has a lot of charm and is well equipped. The smart TV allowed us to watch Netflix and Amazon Prime. The coffee maker was top notch and the kitchen had everything we needed. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the noise outside at night. We stayed here 2 weeks and two to three nights during our stay there was a group of people outside on the street right by the apartment talking really loud and hollering. This went on for at least 2 or more hours well past midnight. Maybe we just got unlucky as it was not every night. Even with that I would recommend the place as it was great otherwise.

everything went smoothly with very easy and quick communication, place looked likecthe photos and was clean, i would definitely recommend to stay here :)

4日間滞在しましたが、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。駅から非常に近くわかりやすい場所にあったのですぐに見つけることができました。宿全体も清潔で、部屋ももちろん清潔でした。キッチンは広く道具も揃っていたので料理もしやすかったです。テーブルは3つもあったので仕事もしやすく大変助かりました。周辺は非常に落ち着いているため外を気にせず過ごすことができました。治安も大変よく、周辺を走りましたがとてもクリーンで良い場所でした。もっと長く滞在したかったです。ストックホルムに戻ってきた際はまた泊まりたいと思います！

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Olof estuvo muy bien! Destacar la limpieza y el orden del alojamiento. La zona bastante tranquila y bien comunicada con el resto de áreas de la ciudad. Recomendable para una estancia en la bella ciudad de Estocolmo :)

Stayed at this very quaint room when I visited Stockholm. Loved it. It’s on a small island which makes it even more magical. The bus stop is walkable and so is the grocery store. Communication with Andreas was clear and he was responsive all the time. Loved the place and would definitely rent it out again when I visit Stockholm soon.
