Le logement d'Andreas était parfait. Il est bien situé, proche des transports et dans un quartier très calme. L'appartement est cosy, bien décoré, le canapé est confortable pour s'asseoir, le lit de la chambre également. Nous n'étions que deux donc nous n'avons testé que le lit dans la chambre. Un séjour très agréable, nous reviendrons certainement!

Elias var vänlig, tillmötesgående och svarade snabbt på frågor. Det var en väldigt trevlig vistelse och lägenheten var toppen på alla sätt.

Lägenheten är utmärkt och har ett väldigt bra läge, och det är enkelt att komma i kontakt med ägarna. Det finns dock några småsaker att notera. Lägenheten är avsedd för 9 personer, men det finns bara 4 stolar runt matbordet, vilket gör det mindre bekvämt vid måltider. Dessutom, när mina vänner och jag åt middag (utan bakgrundsmusik) fick vi ett samtal om att ljudnivån var för hög (90 dB, vilket är svårt att föreställa sig enbart genom samtal), och vi hade inte informerats om att ljudnivån övervakades. Det vore bra om detta togs med i annonsen för att öka tydligheten.

Hade en underbar tid. Väldigt centralt beläget. Jag skulle gärna komma tillbaka.

Perfect place to relax in ÅrePositive: Excellent and quite comfortable place. Perfect communication with the host, as all our queries were answered within an hour or two after sending the message. The location is above Åre, and it has an amazing view of the lake/river, which is definitely one of the highlights of this property. Very easy check-in and check-out. The amenities are new and easy to use, which made the whole stay even lovelier. The bed is big and quite comfortable, and in combination with the bedding, it has been an amazing restful stay. The whole area is very quiet, and of you're looking for a very quiet place, look no further and book this one.Negative: WiFi's QR code at the entrance door does not work, and it leads to a generic qr code webpage explaining what a qr code is. You need to open the electric box and scan the qr code which is on the WiFi inside instead. Shower drain was clogged from too much hair, so a pool of water was forming when showering.

The flat was clean, well-located and really easy to find. The instructions were clear. Despite the fact that the toilet paper was missing, Elias propose to refund us for the bill. It was perfect!Thanks Elias.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer bereit, bei Fragen oder Wünschen zu helfen. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und sehr herzlich. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Positive: Nice place, i loved

Ongeveer 20minuutjes naar het centrum met de tram en metro die zeer makkelijk te bereiken waren. Mooie kamer, perfect voor 2 als je overdag iets gaat doen! De branddetector is zeer gevoelig dus let hier op! Maar dit vermeldt hij ook duidelijk in de instructies. Al bij al aan te raden!

It’s a decent place to stay if you’re visiting Stockholm for a week or so. It’s clean, spacious, quiet, near transport links and a supermarket. The only downsides were that you couldn’t control the temperature so we were a bit cold at times. Olof also asked for links to our socials (Insta and LinkedIn) before we arrived which seemed unnecessary and weird especially as you have to send some ID over to him anyway. Overall, you get what you pay for.

We had a great stay in Gamla Stan - it’s amazing to be staying right in the heart of Old Town. The studio is basic but really comfortable and has a spacious hallway which helps for storage. It’s so fun to stay in one of the old apartment buildings. Worth having a little less space for great value and an ideal location.

Place situated in a great location, very central with easy transport connections around as well as restaurants and bakeries. Apartment was very clean and would recommend to anyone looking for a city break 👌🏾

Had a great stay, Elias was a good host always very communicative and helpful.Nice, comfortable clean apartment in beautiful and calm neighborhood, near the metro and the old town. Very quiet place.The kitchen and bathroom is very small but is possible to make everything to do.

We stayed for 3 nights and everything went well except one thing which was the dirty foods in the sink, that was left by the previous guests. Anyway, Olof is so eager to communicate and always listen to the guests for what’s going on even good or bad experiences at the airbnb. Clear and easy instruction for check in and out. Moreover, there is kitchen where you can cook some meals and a washing machine if you wish to wash your cloths.
