Nice little apartment in a pretty good location. It’s up a slight hill so bare that in mind. Apartment was nice and clean, bathroom was a little tight and there also wasn’t a tv which I’m sure some people won’t mind. Check out at 10am also wasn’t the best but they do offer late check out for a fee. Overall a nice spot which is close to a lot of lovely bars and restaurants.

Negative: It would be great with an additional lamp in the room. Without it it was kind of dark

Very nice place. Close to the train station and walking distance to nearby malls and pizzeria. Andreas was an amazing host, very quick with responses and went the extra mile with giving tips on the nearby area. The place was very clean and quiet. I will definitely be back in the future.

Highly recommended. The place is Great, well furnished and very close to the bus station which is well connected to the center.

we had some issues with the kitchen equipment and light in the kitchen and a not workink light in the small bathroom.

Stay in Homex was really enjoyable. Accommodation was really pretty, neighborhood modern and still in building. There was nothing negative or problem. We didn’t use kitchen or spend time in common area. We recommend this place.

Great apartments, nice neighborhood, clean and comfortable

Nice property, we can live a private cute building, and it’s just like the pictures! Great location, 3-4 mins’ walk to the bus station, taking about 30 mins to the city center. There are coop and some cute restaurants right nearby. Highly recommend!

Lielisks dzīvoklis ģimenei ar bērniem! Blakus picērija ar draudzīgām cenām, 2 pārtikas veikali. Autobusa pietura, kura savieno ar tuvāko staciju gandrīz pie pašas mājas. Bija gan dažas telpu iekārtojuma problēmas vai defekti, kuri radušies visticamāk no nolietojuma - vannas istabā dušas durvis jāver vaļā ļoti uzmanīgi, lai neatsistu stiklu pret dvieļu žāvētju. Virtuve ir lieliski aprīkota, lai gatavotu ēst - ir daudz glāžu, šķīvju, panna un katls, rīve. Taču problēmu sagādāja tas, ka virtuvē nav ne dakšiņu, ne nazīšu, ne karotes. Lai arī norādes bija detalizētas un labi saprotamas, tās tika sūtītas no automatizētas sistēmas un sazinoties vairākas reizes bija pārpratumi. Anreas, gan ātri tos novērsa! Tā kā izīrētājs ir nomas uzņēmums, lai veiku rezervāciju bija jāaizpilda anketa cita uzņēmuma mājaslapā ārpus airBnB lapas. Lai arī biju skeptiska, viss noritēja labi! Brauksim vēl!

Отличная маленькая студия в современном стильном доме. Удобно расположена — 20 минут на автобусе до центра. Дом находится рядом с набережной и остановкой речного трамвая, на котором также удобно добираться до центральной части Стокгольма. Благодаря четкой инструкции дом легко найти и заселиться. Рекомендую!

I had a great stay at this apartment! The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation—catching a bus was never a problem. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was communicative and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!
