Die Wohnung war sehr gut. Zentrale Lage, schön eingerichtet und alles was man braucht ist da. Einzige Sache die zu beachten ist, dass die Wände extrem dünn sind. Wenn die Nachbarn am Wochenende feiern ist es so extrem hellhörig, alsob sie im Raum stehen. Sonst war alles perfekt.

It was a perfect choice for a family trip. It's an old building, but it has everything you need. The apartment is nicely designed and has a very good vibe. We had a great time there.

Huset var perfekt for oppholdet vår en helg med 9 stk. Huset var rent, beliggenheten var bra, og huset hadde alt vi trengte. Kim svarte raskt dersom det skulle være noe, og vi følte oss ivaretatt. Ville definitivt dratt tilbake hit!:)

Wir waren zu dritt in der Unterkunft. Beim Betreten dieser haben wir eine ordentliche Wohnung vorgefunden. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten war die Wohnung alles in einem sauber und in Ordnung.In der Küche fehlen leider ein paar Sachen wie z.B. ein Sieb oder auch scharfe Messer und Kochutensilien. Die Töpfe sind auch eher für eine einzelne Person ausgestattet. Was das kochen, für eine größere Anzahl an Personen eher schwierig gestaltet. Handtücher fürs Bad hatten wir leider auch nur drei große und keine kleinen, dafür Fußmatten ohne Ende...Die Lage der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Man ist innerhalb von drei Fußminuten unten an der Fähre und in einer Minute beim Bus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Bus schnell zu erreichen. Nachts wenn es Probleme in der Unterkunft gibt ist Andreas auch erreichbar gewesen nach einer gewissen Zeit. Der Check in und Check Out verlief ohne Probleme. Für die Ausstattung ist der Preis jedoch etwas hoch angesetzt. Alles in Einem war der Aufenthalt gut.

Staying at Olof's Place was the perfect compromise between a cozy home where we felt welcomed initially and an ideal retreat close to the city center. Olof was very kind and responsive, the house was clean, perfect for a group of friends, or a family. We had no trouble staying there and look forward to returning to Stockholm here soon.

Very good location to visit Stockholm and the museums just by walking and by public boat transport. Also Vaxholm is easy to reach. It is a very clean accommodation with a very well equipped kitchen in a safe and quiet area. Beautiful outside view! Responsive host.

It was a clean, well-maintained studio, just as shown in the pictures. We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. The location was convenient, about a 10-minute walk to both Sätra and Bredäng metro stations. We enjoyed strolling around the neighborhood. The essentials for our stay, such as clean towels, shampoo, tea, and coffee, were provided.

Great location with an amazing view. The house was clean and the host was responding fast. Also the instructions for entering and check out was clear.

Andreas è davvero un bravo ragazzo sempre pronto a rispondere alle tue domande e cordiale nel parlare. La casa è in un quartiere tranquillo a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro. Svegliarsi il mattino osservando il mare fa iniziare bene la giornata. Qualità- prezzo senza eguali

Nicely renovated apartment in a historic building located in one of the city's oldest sections. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, and a convenient Co-op food store down the street. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. Nice to have a rental apartment with basic cooking supplies such as vinegar, oil, sugar, pasta, etc. Also excellent to have a clothes washer and--unusual for some European apartments--a dryer.WiFi/internet was good. Both the bed in the bedroom and the Murphy bed have comfortable mattresses.As others pointed out, the apartment is up several flights of twisting stairs, so it's a bit of a chore to get luggage up and down. And we couldn't get the complicated TV/Apple TV setup to work, but that didn't matter much.
