Small issue with key not working to the room during checkin, however communication with Andreas was smooth with quick response and the issue was resolved right away. Other than that everything was fine, clean room, good location and fast easy transport to the city.

Geräumige und schön eingerichtete Wohnung in guter Lage, die Haltestelle St. Eriksplan, von der auch Busse an den Flughafen fahren, ist in ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check-in mittels Schlüsselbox war unkompliziert und super flexibel. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war okey, aber hätte besser sein können (relativ wenig Besteck, etc). Für unseren Zweck war es aber in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation ist ziemlich unpersönlich, bei Problemen hätte man ein Formular ausfüllen sollen und die meisten Nachrichten die man bekommt sind automatisch generiert, auch merkt man der Wohnung an dass sie rein kommerziell genutzt wird. Wenn man also Kontakt zu Einheimischen oder dem Vermieter sucht, würde ich die Wohnung nicht empfehlen, in jedem anderen Fall aber absolut!

We enjoyed our stay at Elias's place. The space was clean and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The one draw back is there are no blinds for the windows, so meant the room got very bright early in the morning.

Bra boende, praktiskt om man ska till cykelparken. Saknade gardiner/persienner och Wi-Fi (känt på förhand, så ingen kritik).

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft in einer anonymen Wohnanlage. Persönliches Flair nicht vorhanden, aber alles sauber und ruhig.

Stayed second time and totally enjoyed it. Best offer for its price in Stockholm! Gonna come back certainly. Everything went great apart host communication this time, because I asked to shifted my check-in date on 2 days, relatively reducing my overall staying and refund the expenses for this time. Even tho, there was a possibility to do it (judging by calendar in Airbnb) Elias rejected this request and unfortunately was not open to find a solution comfortable for both parties. This fact was frustrating, but everything else went smoothly.

our stay was wonderful, not far from tube station. very trendy area, lots of fika and plenty restaurants nearby.

Great place, very clean, a bit smaller than what we expected but did the job and the location was great

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was very clean and everything was in working order, we had everything we needed. There were 3 of us, myself and my 2 teenage kids. The only downside was the elevator code because half the time it didn't work and we had to take the stairs. Having a small shop across the road selling food was very convenient. And the surroundings were nice, there was no noisy traffic etc. We would definitely come back if we stay in Stockholm again.

Lägenheten vi hyrde levde verkligen upp till våra förväntningar. Väldigt rent och fint. Det var väldigt tyst och lugnt i lägenhets komplexet. Trots många lägenheter runt om. Matvarubutik ligger tvärs över vägen.Läget är väldigt centralt och det är nära till tunnelbanan. Kommunikationen med Olof var jättebra och han svarade snabbt på meddelanden. Vi rekommenderar detta boende och återvänder gärna igen.

El departamento lindo y limpio. Tal cual las fotos. En una zona tranquila y cerca de todo. Elías estuvo siempre disponible. Lo único, necesitaba hacer el check in antes y me cobró una tarifa, creo que es algo a tener en cuenta. Lo recomiendo!

Gute Lage. Sauber und schöne Wohnung.

Fint sted. Eneste minuset var støy sent på kveldene og tidlig på morgenen. Mye spørsmål når vi skulle booke leiligheten, det var litt frustrerende. Men fin leilighet og enkel å finne.

Great and tidy, lovely little apartment. Great location for food and drinks nearby aswell as public transport access. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
