We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Elias's flat - not only did he communicate well, but the flat was homey, clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed!

Fredriks Wohnung ist für einen kurzen (oder längeren) Aufenthalt in Stockholm absolut ausreichend und empfehlenswert.Von der U-Bahn-Station, die in ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, ist man in ca. 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Stockholm.Aber auch in unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es ein belebtes Viertel mit vielen Bars und Restaurants.Direkt im Wohnkomplex gibt es einen Supermarkt.Einzig eine Lichtquelle im Schlafbereich hat uns gefehlt.

Il soggiorno è andato benissimo. Appartamento piccolino, ma ci si sta tranquillamente anche in 4. L'appartamento è vicinissimo alla fermata di pullman, metro e treno, quindi adatto se si vuole visitare stoccolma a piedi. Grazie!!

The location was very convenient and it was easy to access everywhere by metro. Only problem for me was that the sofa in the livingroom wasn't really comfortable for sleeping, but we only stayed for 3 days so I didn't mind. Other than that, it provides everything that's been offered.

The space was great and very clean. It is in a busy area and loud noises very late on the weekend.

Great apartment right in the centre of Gamla Stan. Loads of character and charming. Quiet with the windows closed and the street is quieter after 11pm until 8am. If you want to be in the middle of the historic old town this is a wonderful place to be, the location would be extremely hard to beat. Apartment has everything you would need for a great stay.

War sehr toll. Das Bad war etwas enger als erwartet, aber alles andere war sehr nett.

Butas patogus, gražiai įrengtas, ramiame rajone, prie parko, tinka trumpoms viešnagėms Stokholme. Virtuvė puikiai įrengta - galima šeimininkauti, gaminti valgį. Susisiekimas viešuoju transportu nuo buto visai patogus, netoli yra didelis prekybos centras. Ačiū!

La casa che offre Olof è in un edificio con tantissimi airbnb. Tutti gli accessi sono con codici ( comodo per non dover portare chiavi ). Olof è molto reattivo nella risposta.L´appartamento è molto carino ed amplio, unica cosa le posate e gli utensili da cucina sono contati e manca qualcosina, nulla di complicato ma con un paio di posate e utensili in piú sarebbe meglio.La zona è carina tranquilla e ce un bellissimo parco sotto casa per i bambini e il super mercato. per arrivare nelle zone più turistiche andavamo sempre in autobus. Anche se la zona mi piaceva molto.

le type de services proposé par Elias est typiquement un service d'appartement hôtel : service impeccable, réactivité parfaite et toujours des échanges cordiaux. De plus la proximité avec le métro Kristineberg met le centre ville à 15 minutes de l'appartement, c'est parfait. Un peu étonnée par l'autoroute qui passe sur le pont à proximité. Mais Stockholm est constituée de nombreuses îles et il y a donc bcp de ponts, inévitables c'est aussi ce qui rend le centre ville aussi aisément accessible. la proximité du lac est appréciable aussi.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. L’emplacement est idéal, proche du centre, des transports, et de toute commodité. La rue est calme et l’immeuble est peu bruyant. Contrairement au message, la clim et le wifi fonctionnaient parfaitement. La salle de bain est mansardée et assez basse de plafond, il faut faire attention en l’utilisant. Elias est un hôte réactif mais un peu trop insistant dans ses messages en nous proposant divers services payants dont nous n’avions pas l’utilité, et ce à plusieurs reprises. Le logement était propre et la literie est d’excellente qualité. Nous recommandons ce logement, idéal pour un voyage à Stockholm.

La casa di Fredrick vale il viaggio a Stoccolma! La raccomanderei definitivamente a chi vuole passare una settimana in questa bellissima città! Unica piccola critica: ci vorrebbe un pochino più di cura nei dettagli. La cucina a induzione non funzionava bene, mancava un bollitore per l'acqua, anche un doppio cusicno per i letti... ma poiccole cose, solo per renderla davvero perfetta e indimenticabile!

Wer kein Problem hat, etwas am Rand von Stockholm zu wohnen, für den ist das wirklich eine super Unterkunft! Sehr schön, sehr geschmackvoll, Superbetten, und alles total sauber! Gerne wieder. Nur die Küche könnte noch besser ausgestattet sein.

역에서 숙소까지 도보로 이동할 수 있습니다. 그리고 항상 신속하게 호스트와 소통이 가능하여 어려움이 있을 때 문제 해결이 쉽습니다. 이불, 베개 등 물건이 매우 청결하여 여행동안 편히 쉬었습니다. 😊

We had a pleasant stay at Olof's apartment in Sweden. The location is fantastic, with a Coop store conveniently located downstairs and the waterfront just a short walk away, which made exploring the area very easy. The apartment was as described, though I missed the fact that there was no washing machine, dishwasher, or microwave. This was clearly mentioned in the listing, so it was my fault for not reading carefully. Having these amenities would have made the stay even better. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-located place, and I appreciate Olof's hospitality.Thank you for everything!
